This isn't pizza. A Fornarina schiacciatina with a topping. For God's sake, it was delicious, but it's not pizza. That's not an insult, in fact, I recommend trying it. A pizza with tomato sauce is simply a pizza.

The pizza is well-leavened and light, whether on a peel, by the meter, or served. The draft beers are decent; I'll definitely be back. They're delicious.

Unfortunately they removed the Amarcord red beer 😞, drinking goes hand in hand with food as far as I'm concerned, so even though last night wasn't the pizza we always eat and having removed one of the best beers in Romagna, my feedback is not positive!

The pizza is out of this world, and it's worth stopping for that alone. The deliciousness even outshines the place, which, given its location inside a roundabout in a horrible town, would be no reason to stop. And the improvised waitress also came by and, when we asked for the Doggy Bag, looked at us strangely and asked, "The box?"... ...yes, the box! And she brought it to us. Okay, fine. We put the pizza in the box ourselves and left, delighted.

A tasty pizza with some welcome innovations in the ingredients. The thin crust allows for a better understanding of the ingredients.

Pizza a little too expensive and doesn't fill you up, put two more things on top and 20g more dough. As for the answer, you can let it rise as much as you want, and ok it's good, but the fact is that 4 of us came, and 4 of us left with 20 euros less and still hungry. At least two more ingredients, please.
