Only eaten here, very good service from the restaurant crew very hard!!!!

Certainly a renovated hotel but with air conditioning that works at a minimum. Independent adjustment but whether you put 18 degrees or 21 degrees it doesn't change anything, the room temperature remains the same... the pool only opens at 11 a.m. as if you were going to wait nicely in your room for the pool to open at 11 a.m. even though the cleaning ladies start cleaning the rooms at 7:30 and it wakes you up. Forget it if you want to sleep in to relax... the hotel is a 30/40 minute walk from the city center of Parma so without a car it's a bit complicated when it's 35 degrees. A decent breakfast but at the level of the ibis and again.. The bed is not very comfortable...the individual rooms are small, without a closet that closes but clean and functional. There are no French television channels available, only local channels are accessible... in short, far from the standard of a 4-star hotel.

Good evening🌇🌇I am French from the Rhônes-Alpes region:Savoie:Grésy-sur-Aix:73 I went with my family to the Best Western Plus Hotel Farnese, it’s very beautiful 😍🤩😻 my parents & I had a family room twice And the other members of my family a single & double room Marco’s cocktail (Barman/Waiter) is a real delight: “SPRTIZ LIMONCELLO” The hotel restaurant is very good The staff is very friendly, friendly, smiling and tries to speak French

Really great staff. Different recommendations for dinner every day, all of which were without exception good. Reservations and bookings for taxi transfers were taken care of straight away. Great service. Good breakfast. Clean, tidy. Good location. It's all ok! Gladly again
