A truly pleasant stay! The hotel was welcoming and well-organized, but the real added value was the service. A special thanks to Patricia and Laura who served us breakfast: we arrived just before closing time, and despite the late hour, they were incredibly kind, smiling, and extremely helpful. I asked for more ham since it was out, and they brought it to me. This may seem normal, but such kindness is not always a given!

Beautiful, spacious rooms, clean, with a generous and varied breakfast. The staff is very attentive, but I think it's because of the type of hotel that makes it feel a little remote. I don't usually get to go there, but they had very reasonable rates, considering it's usually incredibly expensive.

We went there for a private end-of-year party at the Hell Hotel. The menu and service were excellent, the hotel and rooms were truly top-notch, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We'll be back.

New property, with standards generally higher than those of similarly sized hotels. Discreet and efficient service. I only experienced bed and breakfast. The rooms were above average, and the breakfast was average. I recommend reducing the heating in the rooms, as it's excessive.

A typical Best Western hotel, somewhat impersonal, located a bit outside the city center. The atmosphere is comfortable and furnished with many designer elements. The room is quite large and clean. We found it perhaps a little dark and lacking any complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. It has a large TV, a minibar (for a fee), and a safe. The breakfast is very good, with a wide variety and quality products. Greater attention should be paid to guests with gluten intolerance, as only a few packaged items were available. The staff, both at the reception and at the bar, are very friendly. The free charging of electric vehicles in the outdoor parking lot is appreciated.
