Below its potential. The room was clean and overall modern, but had an unpleasant odor. The windows and doors were not particularly airtight, and the soundproofing between rooms was inadequate. The staff at checkout, despite being aware of the problems I'd had with the room during the night, didn't ask me for information or offer any apology or courtesy. I don't think I'll return.

We stayed for three nights. The room was very small for four people. Nice, clean room, the air con worked nicely. The Staff working there were fruendly and helpful. The swimming pool were clean and nice.

Clean hotel, very nice rooms with large shower. Very kind and always available staff, especially Marco the bartender, try his spritz. Pool a bit small. Location a bit out of the center but with parking.

If you drive to travel in Parma and around the city, this hotel is the best choice considered reasonable price, good enough food, big enough parking zone and kind staffs. If you like walking, it is not that hard to access to the center of Parma.
