PIZZA EXPRESS In Grottaferrata

Qualità della pizza e fritti sempre TOP! C'è però da rivedere assolutamente la ventilazione. Capisco si tratti di un recente spostamento in una struttura pre-esistente, ma c'è davvero troppo caldo sia all'esterno che all'interno! Non vengono attivati i condizionatori per via dei motori adiacenti ai tavoli esterni, ma avrei preferito cenare all'interno e stare fresco. All'aperto è davvero insopportabile, perchè si sta incastrati tra le mura senza un filo d'aria.

The fried foods are excellent and the pizza with porcini mushrooms is exceptional: very large and rolled out well. Experience to be repeated.

My boyfriend and I were returning tired and relatively hungry from an event in Rome and the dilemma of what to eat on a Saturday night presented itself to us. Especially because I also have some food intolerances to take into account (strong lactose and light gluten)... I quickly read about a pizzeria in Grottaferrata that also makes pizza with lactose-free mozzarella: a smaller pizza than usual since I had asked even with gluten-free flour and the evening is saved! Very kind owner, very digestible flour, soft and delicious mozzarella, I didn't even feel the difference with "normal" pizza! Great! Intolerances aside, this pizzeria is also worth it for its pizza with gluten and lactose for those who can enjoy a little more! Short home delivery times and very kind always when they arrive!

Locale con stile di arredamento modesto ma accogliente. L'aspetto delle pizze non è invitante ma assaggiandole si capisce subito che sono strepitose. Prezzi nella media.
