We ordered two portions of fries, two of popped mussels, a ceres, and a Coke. Halfway through the fries, I noticed a hair under the potatoes. I very discreetly pointed out the hair to the owner. His response was: "Just a hair? Is it ours?" Besides being very rude, he questioned my good faith instead of apologizing. But the icing on the cake was that I also paid for the portion of fries with FUR.
P.S. Letting a customer in with a dog and a scooter seemed absurd to me. Imagine if we all went with a scooter and a dog. What would that restaurant be like? And what about the hygiene?
After so many years, I think it will be difficult to go back.

our first day in Palermo..my wife chose the place and i can say bravo..perfect pizza, perfect pasta (sea food) perfect service.. we enjoyed our dinner! for sure next time we will visit Palermo we will visit Pizza & Cicina!

Great prices, good food, we didnt have to wait for too long for the pizzas. We were full after half the pizza was gone! :)))

Service hyper rapide, pizza cuite au feu de bois (ce n’est pas le cas de toutes les pizzeria), les plats sont très bons et le rapport qualité prix parfait. Pour moi, le meilleur des restos simples que j’ai trouvé autour du théâtre politeama.

Einfaches Restaurant aber sehr gut gegessen. Der Wein war top und überraschend preiswert. Wir hatten Farfalette al Salmone und Tonnarelli con Sarde….absolut top. Flasche Grillo, das Essen, Cafe, Wasser, Amaro und ein Toramisu für einen fantastischen Preis.
