Let's start with the excellent quality appetizers, availability of first and second courses, good crispy and dry mixed fry, vast choice of pizzas with Neapolitan dough. Courteous service and attentive to customer needs. And good location with several outdoor spaces away from the chaos. Vast choice of wines and beers. We always gladly return.

Discovered by chance on Google. Pizzeria on the outskirts of Bari, far from the chaos and the sultry heat, large spaces outside with an open veranda. We ordered a cheese board with jam but without a minimum explanation of the cheeses brought. And then two beautiful pizzas: Stefano and Re cinghiale, good looking but since the wait was really long, we tasted it a little, because we were nervous. Valid waiters and attentive to every need. To return but only at the opening.

Pizzeria with tables outside and in the dining room. Also does home delivery. The pizzas are always good. I go there often.

15/06/2025: We are regulars and have always had a great time but lately the service has been very slow. We waited an hour for the appetizer. Very friendly staff. As for the food, everything is very good but it is not conceivable to wait an hour.

26/05/2025: Heel vriendelijke bediening. Hij vertelde wat zijn lievelingsgerechten waren. Was geduldig en lief. Liet ons de biologische wijn proeven. Het eten was erg lekker en vegetarisch! Aanrader!!
02/05/2025: I have been to Cibaria several times and I was really satisfied! The place is welcoming and very clean, the staff very kind and attentive. The service was quick and impeccable and is therefore also perfect for a lunch break. The dishes are really delicious, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Furthermore, they also offer take-away service, ideal for those who want to enjoy genuine dishes at home or in the office. Highly recommended, I will continue to return often!
