I was just here, I got a table without booking which is nigh on impossible in Selva. One dude cooking, one lady serving, incredibly busy. Pizza was really good, much thicker crust than usual, really enjoyable visit.

A PIZZA worthy of its name! Excellent dough (long leavening visible in the crust) and more than honest quality/price ratio! For those who complain about the prices in the reviews... they have probably never frequented other places here in the Dolomite valleys (for example 28 euros for a Milanese cutlet with fries...) Ok... the place could be improved a little (no plastic tablecloths either...) but more than adequate for its context. Overall.. more than satisfied!

Great casual spot for a chill evening after skiing. Not too loud, but most seats were filled. Pizza was really tasty, honestly better than some nicer places nearby. House wine on tap. Service was friendly but it was just the one person, so she was a little busy. Would come back.

We found most restaurants in Selva to be pretentious. This one was authentic with great food and good prices. And, it was just across the street from our Air b-n-b.

The pizza is delicious (not the best we have eaten) the prices are reasonable and not too expensive. The tiramisu was not successful. Not recommended.

15/01/2025: Up at the top there was only this place...and what a place!!!! A truly enjoyable lunch. A fairly large room/refuge: typical warm and welcoming location. We tried various typical dishes. Everything was really very good from start to finish including the buckwheat cake and the bread served with the couvert! Where we were the view was splendid despite the not exactly beautiful day. Right portions and honest prices! Good quality-piece ratio! Very easy going but precise, fast and courteous service. p.s. the bathroom was also very clean and tidy (which is not always a given!) SUPER APPROVED AND RECOMMENDED!
15/01/2025: Su in cima c'era solo questo posto...e che posto!!!! Un pranzo davvero piacevolissimo. Un locale/rifugio abbastanza grande: location tipica calda ed accogliente. Abbiamo provato svariate pietanze tipiche. Era tutto davvero molto buono dall'inizio alla fine compresa la torta al grano saraceno e il pane servito con il coperto! Dove eravamo noi la vista era splendida malgrado la giornata non proprio bellissima. Porzioni giuste ed prezzi onesti! Buon rapporto qualità-pezzo! Servizio molto alla mano ma preciso, veloce e cortese. p.s. anche il bagno era molto pulito ed ordinato (cosa non sempre scontata!) SUPER APPROVATO E CONSIGLIATO!

22/10/2024: Increíble lugar para el almuerzo. Hermosas vistas, gran relación calidad-precio, pasta fresca, servicio amable. Tenía una extensa carta de vinos también.
22/06/2024: Innanzi tutto una bella giornata di sole, dopo aver percorso il sentiero che dalla funivia di la "Ila" in alta Badia verso il rifugio #Bioch di Markus Valentini, e proprio qui la vera sorpresa, un locale perfetto con un ottimo arredamento, molto accogliente, con piatti di altissima qualità. Ma quello che mi ha sorpreso è stata la lista dei vini, una grande cantina con più di 1400 etichette di ogni dove, e prezzi accessibili a tutti. Valentini il titolare, Sommelier Ais da diversi anni, l sua vera e sincera passione per il vino lo ha portato ha esprimere nel suo locale una carta esaustiva da veri intenditori. Complimenti a Markus, una lista da fare invidia a tanti ristoranti in Italia. Grazie per la tua gentilezza e disponibilità per avermi fatto ammirare le tue raccolte di vini internazionali e italiane.
