07/12/2025: The Corborant is a restaurant from another era. You can dine without choosing a menu that changes every night, a real shame. The dishes, though lacking in presentation, are well-cooked, with variable portions (the appetizers are tastings), served in bursts, and sometimes with requests for seconds. The place is airy, clean, and the table is beautifully set; the single slice of bread set for each guest makes you smile. Two dinners in a row, and twice no one offered you a digestif at the end of the meal. Not that it matters, but a sign of hospitality would be appreciated.

06/10/2025: A well-built hotel for a large clientele, but in a decidedly unfrequented location, the spa could attract greater well-being for the entire country.
