Nice little place with an old west theme: the owner is nice and the waiters too, the food is good, with some discordances that could be my personal ones on the American French fries that used to be better but it's probably just my impression (previously the owners replied that they hadn't changed the recipe). Open in the evening.

Appena finita la pizza e già sogno la prossima: un impasto leggero come una nuvola e ingredienti che raccontano storie di qualità. La consegna è arrivata puntuale, con il profumo che annunciava un capolavoro ancora prima di aprire la scatola. Ogni morso è un viaggio tra sapori autentici e passione vera. Anche i fritti si sente che sono artigianali, croccantissimi e gustosi!

Stayed in Albano for about a month and went to Apache probably 5+ times while I was here. As an American I can only go so long eating amazing pizza and pasta without wanting a burger somewhere in between. If you find yourself craving a delicious and fresh burger or other savory sandwiches with outstanding service, this is the place. I couldn’t be happier with the hospitality and service i was given when choosing to eat here. Can’t recommend enough!

I ordered home delivery. The food was excellent, but the delivery was terrible. It was delivered an hour after the requested time, and everything arrived cold. The sandwiches were very good, so next time I'll try them directly at the restaurant.

17/07/2025: I went there for dinner with colleagues a while back. It's primarily a seafood restaurant. The fried foods are artisanal and truly fantastic, there's a good selection of beers (though quite commercial), and the seafood dishes I was offered looked truly excellent, both in appearance and aroma. We did, however, have the pinsa, which I think could definitely be improved, although it's certainly not bad. The place is a bit small and is more for a dinner for two than for families or large tables. Despite the two portable air conditioners, it was unfortunately still a bit hot due to the doors being left half-open due to the exhaust pipes. The service was quick and very friendly. I promised myself I'd return with my wife for seafood, which is definitely their specialty. The prices were very fair.
