Ordered 2 round pizzas yesterday... what can I say? Given the reviews I really expected more. I don't doubt the quality of the ingredients, and this is the reason for the 3 stars, but the pizzas were really too chewy, at least for our tastes. Then a supplement was missing which, after reporting the mix-up, was delivered to us at a later time. The excellent reviews will probably be for the pizza by the slice which at this point I plan to go and try.

Quality, study, seasonality, raw materials. Not the usual pizzeria by the slice, slightly higher prices but absolutely justified by the quality of their pizza.
