I went for the first time, new tastes, particular combinations, I must also say the dough was delicious!!!

I want to share my now usual experience with "Pizza Casa Del Borgo". Their pizza is really good, exceptional, certainly the best I've ever eaten in my life (I'm mostly referring to Neapolitan dough). However, I cannot give a full 5 stars because, by now, I feel that there are many defects which, alas, can no longer be compensated for with the goodness of the pizza alone: ​​1) you have to call at opening time and hope that they take the order in toto correctly. It has happened to me more than once that the wrong pizza arrived, which I ate anyway and fortunately it didn't have any allergies for me, or that they got the wrong address, or that they got the time wrong because, and I quote, "we didn't mark it well" and therefore I had to wait for my pizza for an hour longer than the established one. 2) they are almost never on time (if the time starts from 7.30pm, it will most likely arrive at 8pm), so it is difficult to understand when to have a pizza delivered so you can eat it calmly and enjoy it. It is also difficult if you have guests, as it causes bad impressions. 3) It has happened much more than once that the pizza arrived burnt, in this last period these episodes which were previously sporadic are even more frequent. 4) they don't have an app like Just Eat or Deliveroo which allows great convenience in ordering and delivery, with also process monitoring. 5) It happened that it arrived cold and that I had to heat it personally, but I find this less relevant than other points I have written, it can happen anywhere, the problem however is the frequency of these events. In short: an excellent pizza, which I really recommend in terms of quality, in the abstract and in the ideal, but in concrete terms you have to have a lot of luck lately to be able to eat it in a dignified, satiating and satisfying way. So for a while I won't be ordering from this pizzeria anymore, because I arrive full of expectations, promptly disappointed, about the pizza that it was until a few years ago and now is no longer. I really hope that the situation can improve, since I imagine the cause is the difficulty behind managing many orders.

I personally have been a regular customer for 8 years now, I hardly give up ordering from them at least once a week, for as long as I can remember my family and friends have often turned to Pizza Casa.

The pizza is good, but the delivery service is very poor....from the set time......delaying 30 minutes and then delivering cold pizzas..... Not the best. Sin
