Excellent Roman pinsa, nice crunchy, light and well seasoned. We tried the mini pinse: boscaiola and fiorì with really tasty anchovies! The starters are also very good: croquette, Ascoli olives and courgette flower. What can I say, we will definitely be back to try other dishes.

We ordered Tyrolean Pinsburgher and Pinsburgher bacon with cacio e pepe chips. Very punctual delivery, delicious meat and equally good seasoning. Exquisite pinsa. Friendly and helpful staff. I absolutely recommend!!

16/02/2025: Nice location. Friendly and fast staff. Wide choice of courses: sea, lake and land. All very good. The desserts were a pleasant surprise: two uncommon treats! Excellent quality/price ratio. Another positive note: 4-legged friends are allowed! Highly recommended!
