Four seasons pizza with 0 flour dough with semolina percentage, grilled artichokes, local olives, raw ham finely chopped with a knife, porcini mushrooms cooked just enough to still be firm. What can I say, I have never encountered such punctual care in a simple pizza that in a pizzeria, 220 grams becomes a truly delicious food. The equally noble service.
