Whenever I'm in Rome I visit this bar at least once. One of hundreds of bars in Rome, but in Rome: excellent coffee, delicious snacks, friendly service. Standard in Rome!

We stopped in here for breakfast and it was perfect! The coffee was great and the pastries were delicious. We got a strawberry tart, maritozzo, and cannoli. The maritozzo was the best we’ve had all trip, it has a lemony flavor we loved. They even made a hot cocoa for me! Fantastic experience and wish we knew about it sooner, we would’ve gone more!

Their products are quite delicious. Perhaps the best ones we tried in Rome were here. The customer profile is generally Italian. There is no seating area inside. There are a few tables outside. It serves in two sections: beverages and pastry products. Our sisters standing at the cash register may not like tourists very much. There were no smiling faces that we saw in other places, but we did not experience any negative situations. Business is business :)

Good food and coffee. Yummy Marotozzi and the variations. Reasonable prices. Not as busy as the famous pastry shop on the opposite street. Very satisfying.
