Really far from the concept that one normally has of pizza given the thickness and crispiness, but honestly it struck me a lot. It reminds me of the type of pizza that my uncle prepares, but to the nth degree. Mention of mozzarella on the Margherita almost submerging the slice of pizza that does not disturb and gives a touch of ignorance that does not hurt.

Typical Milanese pizza to take away!
The owner and pizza chef are simple and easy-going people
The environment is rustic and clean
I recommend it, but don't go late because they don't make excessive quantities of dough, which means they sell what they produce on the same day!

what can I say guys, I confirm what many have written, coming in here and waiting for your turn and your pizza is an experience! you will be accompanied by the thousand and one stories of the fabulous landlady, a Milanese pira from another time.. the place is nothing short of characteristic since the entrance and the oven are practically the final part of the apartment! fabulous..
but let's get to the pizza.. good! more than good! not perfect, the cooking let's say 8 out of 10, but nothing problematic. good mozzarella and in generous quantities and excellent and well-cooked tomato.
you have to be a little careful, in the sense that it is not like all the normal oizzerie.. the dough is prepared "by eye" in the morning (for lunch only obviously) and could run out if you arrive too late.
then the pizza has a price per kilo (displayed), I took a quarter of a pan and paid 6 euros, very very honest.... yes it's true.. for the most picky... the lady weighs the pizza with the csrtone without tare... and oh well, we give her a few cents per gram for her very interesting anecdotes!! for me it's fine.
I will definitely go back 😘

Historic neighborhood pizzeria, it has existed for at least 40 years. The pizza by the slice is fabulous, crunchy on the bottom but soft and well seasoned on the top. Spartan place, takeaway only. But the kindness of the lady and the skill of the pizza chef make the wait pleasant. It deserves it!
