We've been ordering here for 4 years now and I don't think there is a better place, just one piece of advice: pay more attention when preparing orders so as not to forget some pieces... it has never happened to us with them and as always we were still satisfied, but tonight also thanks to the honesty and thoughtfulness of the rider (Francesco) who noticed that something was missing (the stracciatella aside for the Don Franco) and went back on purpose to get it for us when he could have just pretended nothing had happened and left. Customer satisfaction is important, but respect is also needed for the work of colleagues since when they deliver orders they are the ones who represent the face of the company both positively and negatively, plus with all the deliveries they make in the evening" wasting time" to come back to us, I don't think the boy was that happy (I personally wouldn't have done it) and we were very sorry for him. For the rest, we order more or less 4/5 times a month from them and it has only happened once in these years that the delivery arrived after 1 hour, but if you order on a Friday/Saturday evening in a place where exclusively takeaway is take into consideration.

Although the pizza is good and made with cleanliness and precision, the home delivery has never arrived on time. I have often ordered from them and it has never happened that it arrived on time or a little later. Every time the pizzas arrive at least 20 minutes late. Good yes but at least I won't be told a time for another one. Beyond the delivery nothing to object

We have been using them almost exclusively for a few months now. The delivery drivers are young, Italian and always smiling and friendly, making every delivery a pleasant moment. The ingredients used are of high quality, so the pizzas are always tasty, well cooked and digestible. You can really perceive the care and attention in the choice of raw materials. I highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone looking for an excellent product served by cheerful and willing guys!
