Excellent first courses and pizza

We have been to this pizza restaurant several times and we can certainly say that the food is good, the pizza dough is very good and also the starters and first courses tasted. What we don't like is the fact that they don't have a menu, justifying this lack with the weekly change of dishes... But in this way, first of all, you don't have the opportunity to calmly decide what to order, because the The owner tells you everything quickly and it creates confusion (while he was talking to us he was constantly called), ending up with giving you practically what he says... Secondly, you don't know the prices of what you order. Ditto for wines... Why not bring a wine list? Just take a menu holder and print the menu to place inside every Saturday. The waitress who served us was also not all that friendly. I overlook the bottle of water and the extra bitterness in the bill... We didn't want to say anything but it's not the best. In short, I removed 1 star for all these oversights, hopefully they can be corrected.

Small but welcoming place, excellent quality food, always helpful staff, the owners are two exemplary people, always available, it's a place to go every evening, seeing is believing.

De passage à Casamassima en route vers Alberobello, nous avions repéré ce restaurant sur Tripadvisor et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Les plats sont généreux et le service rapide et agréable. Et quelle fraîcheur ! A midi, la température extérieure était caniculaire et ce restaurant nous a offert une atmosphère fraîche idéale pour se recharger. La carte est faite pour tous les goûts et tous les régimes (sans gluten bienvenus, et ça c’est top pour les allergiques !)
