Nice place, the self-service food isn't amazing but it's super cozy in a beautiful location.

Great for a drink, can also be a very lively place at the end of the afternoon with Apres ski.

We stopped twice during our trip for a quick break, and it was a highlight of our ski days. • Atmosphere: It is a very nice and welcoming place to take a breather. • Perfect for Drinks: Whether you're in the mood for a rich hot chocolate or a cold beer, this is a great spot to relax around 10:00–11:00 AM before heading back out on the slopes. • Highly Recommended: We enjoyed it so much we made sure to come back a second time. A must-visit for anyone skiing in the area!

I stayed at the Piz Setur refuge this week, enjoying their truly fantastic breakfasts. I didn't use the rooms, but only the refuge and the après-ski. The Sacher torte was excellent, and the rustico sandwich was wonderful. The bubbles were the best value for money. Worth mentioning is the absolute resemblance of the waiter and the handyman, who are very similar to Jannik Sinner and Bob Sincler, respectively (always swaggy and in short sleeves). Alice was very kind.

I stopped for a refreshment break during a day of skiing. The refuge is located on the ski slopes of the Val Gardena area. Strategically located and with an excellent view of the Sasso Lungo. Inside, the atmosphere is even more welcoming, with wooden walls and ceilings and typical mountain-style decorations. I had lunch at the self-service restaurant, choosing an excellent barley soup (among the best I've had in the valley) and a slice of strudel with vanilla cream. Definitely worth returning.
