The hut is a real culinary delight. With great attention to detail, Josef “Jimmi” Schrott and his team manage to present a kitchen that perfectly combines tradition and creativity. The dishes are not only tasty, but also stylishly prepared - you can tell that high-quality, regional ingredients are used here. Particularly noteworthy is the impressive wine list: the focus is on South Tyrolean wines, but international pearls also find their place. The large wine cabinet is a real eye-catcher and underlines the Schrott family's passion for introducing their guests to the world of wine. The service is not only competent, but also incredibly friendly and warm - you immediately feel welcome and well advised.
The ambience of the hut is another plus point. The cozy Tyrolean parlors radiate warmth and hut romance, while the panoramic terrace with its magnificent view is perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine or a refreshing drink. 06/04/2025: The food was good, the environment was nice but the service was not up to par, it was difficult and stressful to take orders even though it seemed that the number of staff could satisfy the available seats very well. But overall a positive experience.
