Excellent pizzeria. The staff is polite and friendly, and the pizzas are very good. I recommend you go there.

The food is delicious, the pizzas are wonderful, and the salads are great too.

We called to order takeout pizzas and croquettes for 8:30 PM, asking for punctuality, which the owner said she would respect by giving herself a maximum ten-minute wait as a "slip." Moral of the story: I arrived at 8:20 PM, paid, but the lady hadn't included croquettes in the phone order, so I added them, and waited outside for the pizzas. At 9:10 PM, after about 50 minutes, she delivered the pizzas without the croquettes. She took the pizzas back while the croquettes were cooking, gave me the pizzas back, and finally the croquettes. I got home at 9:30 PM, so an hour after the agreed time, opened the pizzas, and one of the four wasn't even complete. I had ordered a white pizza with tomato slices and arugula, but there wasn't even a hint of the fillet. It can happen on Saturday evenings because of the crowds, but at least you could apologize instead of shrugging and exclaiming "what can you do, today is Saturday."

I've been to this pizzeria and can say without a doubt that it's one of the best I've ever had. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a welcoming, family atmosphere, with the staff always friendly and helpful. The pizza is simply spectacular: the dough is light, well-leavened, and easy to digest, with a soft, slightly crispy crust. The ingredients are high-quality, and you can taste it. The menu offers a wide selection, from classic pizzas to more specialty options, all crafted with meticulous attention to detail. I absolutely recommend this place.

I'm upgrading my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars because, even though it's a small pizzeria with very few tables (too close together) on a very busy street like Via Epomeo, the pizza is soft and easy to digest. Editor's note: I ordered a 2-pack and it's a blast. Second only to Porzio in the area. Service could be improved, and the wait is long considering they only seat 20. The use of semolina to knead the pizza dough is brilliant; it stays soft and doesn't burn in the oven (wood-fired, of course). I recommend going during the week; Saturdays are crazy; with home deliveries, you'll have to wait forever.

The place is very nice with very kind and helpful staff. The pizzas were excellent and very light. We even got a portion of French fries. We got two provola and pepper pizzas, one sausage and broccoli rabe, one raw arugula and cherry tomatoes, and 3 parmesan shavings.

Small but charming place. Friendly service. Spectacular pizzas. Prices a little high.
