Truly a unique experience. Amazing spaghetti with clams, super-fresh turbot with potatoes, excellent almond desserts. You absolutely must try it. Prices are in line and fair for the quality.

Excellent lunch, a great time to enjoy authentic Sardinian flavors. The place is very clean, with impeccable service: the staff was very polite and attentive. A must-see for Sardinian cuisine in Rome!! 👏🏻👏🏻

A wonderful experience at Ristoro Sardo di Pasquina! Delicious traditional dishes, friendly service, and a simple, welcoming atmosphere. We ate exquisite sautéed mussels, extraordinary turbot with potatoes, and then finished with delicious seadas. An unexpected slice of Sardinia in Rome, where I'll definitely return!

The appetizer was delicious and the first courses were equally good. The only flaw is that there is no sign outside. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

It was the 2000s I was 20 years old or a little more and Pasquina's uncle was in charge but she was with him. Due to various vicissitudes I leave the neighborhood and I return now in 2025 and I remember this little restaurant especially for the turbot with potatoes because I have never eaten turbot like this in all these years I swear But here guys everything is too good the fish is fresh and cooked in a Lucullan way I attach a photo Iofelice

18/10/2025: The tasting was truly interesting. Unique flavors, and the restaurateur was engaging in explaining the ingredients and pairings. I would have liked more time between courses, but that's our fault for being seated a bit late. 😉 Courteous and attentive service. Parking isn't the easiest given the area, but I'll definitely be back.
10/10/2025: We chose the tasting menu and were thrilled: each course was a small masterpiece, with original pairings, excellent ingredients, and impeccable attention to both plating and service. A truly exquisite gastronomic experience.
