The pythons aren't bad, but customer service is almost nonexistent. I answer the phone arrogantly, saying "no" to anything you ask, I don't understand why. When you go to pick them up, it's even worse. I tried twice to give them the benefit of the doubt, but that's a place we won't buy from again.
