We ate there for lunch on a Saturday, during a non-holiday period, and I booked three or four days in advance, and luckily I found room for two! We had the classic appetizers: mozzarella in carrozza and a trio of supplì! For our first courses, we had carbonara and gricia, and I can honestly say they were truly delicious! Paired with two glasses of wine! The portions were generous and not skimpy! I absolutely recommend it! I'll be back.

A truly authentic Roman restaurant, a pleasant confirmation for those seeking the true flavors of tradition. The cuisine fully respects Roman tradition, with dishes prepared with care and flavor. The menu is well-structured and allows for easy exploration: excellent meat dishes, but also various vegetable options, to satisfy different tastes and needs. The carbonara, in my opinion, was very good: just the right amount of creaminess and well-balanced flavors. If I had to find a small criticism, I would have preferred a slightly larger portion. A great strength is the staff: kind, friendly, and capable of putting guests at ease right from the start. The welcoming atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

Rome, the head of the world, rules the world, brakes rotundly. Like Sora Lella, Parolaccia, and others, and certainly better than many in Rome. 💛❤️ I saw tradition respected in every detail and well-presented and balanced dishes, neither sparse nor excessive, just right. Impeccable brain frying, truly light batter. Carbonara and Amatriciana are a strike duo that score twenty goals a season, and what about oxtail stew? Oh well, there are those who, after eating oxtail stew, have dreamed about it at night and had celestial visions of paradise.

True, genuine and authentic Roman cuisine in the heart of Bologna. The food here is much better than in many Roman trattorias... And anyone familiar with Rome and its gastronomic culture will immediately notice. Everything is delicious, from appetizers to dessert. The restaurant is minimal, well-kept, and clean; the staff is attentive, and the wait for your food is very short. The quality/price ratio is also excellent; money well spent for quality food and generous portions. The Pasta Carbonara is an absolute delight!

An excellent Roman restaurant, the selection of dishes is relatively limited but they focus on quality. The pasta is fantastic, in all its Roman shapes, carefully listed on the placemats, and the desserts are excellent.
