A good Roman restaurant in the center of Bologna. Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent food, very pleasant atmosphere.

Divine pasta, lovely surroundings, friendly fellow guests, and even friendly service; if the portion is too large, they offer to take the leftovers with you. There's something delicious to discover everywhere in Bologna, so I didn't take advantage of it. Too short a stay, otherwise I'd have gone back one more time.

Excellent carbonara, trio of supplì equally so. Friendly staff. An experience worth repeating.

A restaurant in the heart of Bologna specializing in Roman cuisine: I'll tell you right away that they don't "imitate" Roman cuisine here, they serve authentic Roman cuisine! Having spent long periods of time in Rome as a youth, I rediscovered precisely those flavors I loved so much. Even the atmosphere of the restaurant (perhaps because many of the staff are from Rome?) evokes the sounds, smells, and sensations typical of a Roman trattoria. I definitely plan to return, but this evening I already had the opportunity to taste, among other things, an excellent mozzarella in carrozza and a sublime chicory sautéed in oil, garlic, and chili pepper (and it wasn't the woody-stemmed chicory we normally eat in Bologna: it was the "newly created" chicory that I've only ever eaten in Rome). To cap off a delicious dinner, I had a maritozzo with cream (huge and excellent). The staff were friendly and welcoming, but special mention goes to that guy from Giulianova whose name I don't know (very nice and extremely professional).

Spectacular carbonara, one of the best I've ever tried, and my partner ate some cacio e Pepe and also says it was spectacular.

I don’t understand the 4.3 stars. Best restaurant in Bologna. The cacio e pepe was incredible and the carbonara too. Giovanni (the guy with glasses) was very very nice, other stuff was very friendly too.

Siamo ritornati e abbiamo mangiato come sempre molto bene ! Come ci si aspetta a Roma...porzioni abbondanti..e Sapori romani! Il servizio e il titolare molto cordiali . Anche il pane ottimo..x fare la scarpetta nella matriciana!

Personale qualificato e gentile, i primi piatti sono veramente ottimi e rispondono perfettamente alla tradizione della cucina romana, è un posto dove torno spesso e volentieri quando voglio gustare un’ottima carbonara o una gricia. Sui secondi piatti non ho esperienza perché mi fermo sempre ai carciofi e ai primi piatti.Consigliatissimo.
