True, genuine and authentic Roman cuisine in the heart of Bologna.
The food here is much better than in many Roman trattorias... And anyone familiar with Rome and its gastronomic culture will immediately notice.
Everything is delicious, from appetizers to dessert.
The restaurant is minimal, well-kept, and clean; the staff is attentive, and the wait for your food is very short.
The quality/price ratio is also excellent; money well spent for quality food and generous portions.
So, if you're longing for and nostalgic for Rome and its cuisine, stop by Postamentuccia and you'll feel better.

An excellent Roman restaurant, the selection of dishes is relatively limited but they focus on quality.
The pasta is fantastic, in all its Roman shapes, carefully listed on the placemats, and the desserts are excellent.

We loved practically everything: the Roman food, but the well-made kind; the warm, thoughtfully designed atmosphere, made of iron, color, and flair. The service staff were phenomenal, kind, and attentive. We want to return to try all the traditional Roman dishes we know so little about. The super discount at the checkout was the icing on the cake.

Hands down, so far, the best Roman cuisine restaurant outside of Rome. As soon as I walked in last night with my friends, I immediately felt like I was back in Rome after four years, starting with the Roman guy who served and welcomed us. The suppli were fantastic, as were the mozzarella in carrozza... and let's not even talk about the carbonara; I haven't had it this good, not even in Rome. Definitely the best I've ever eaten ❤️
I'll definitely be back as soon as I can!
Highly recommended, and the price of the dinner was worth it!

Tonight we wanted to eat Romano!
The service was truly excellent; the young man who served us was not only very kind but also gave us some excellent advice.
My gricia (with tonnarelli) and the addition of artichokes was exceptional, as was the others' carbonara.
The fried flowers and porchetta were delicious. A special mention for the chicory. The judges' favorite artichoke was less impressive.
The desserts were also very interesting.

Beautiful place, beautiful to look at, functional and clean. The staff are fantastic, friendly, attentive and professional and the food is excellent. Highly recommended!!!

Great place. If you love Roman cuisine and are in Bologna, I highly recommend this place. The staff is young and friendly. The carbonara is excellent. The appetizers are also good. The desserts are a small flaw... but there's always room for improvement. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

The place is pleasant, it doesn't give you any extra experience. The food is okay, but the service is only good when the boss is around, otherwise they don't pay attention to you😅
