I went for a business dinner, we had some typical Roman appetizers, delicious, I recommend them. Afterwards we had some first courses, good and refined dishes. For dessert I recommend the millefeuille with Chantilly cream.

Good food, discreet service, environment that needs to be taken care of more. I don't understand the bread: two small slices for two people? For the rest everything is ok.

A really delicious Roman place. Their carbonara is perfect! Good service and pleasant atmosphere. Only good things to say about this place.

Nice and well furnished place with Venditti in the background but Rome is quite far away and you can feel it... The first courses are eatable for goodness sake but all excessively overcooked and definitely below expectations! But the biggest flop is for the meatballs with sauce, so much so that when they hear themselves called meatballs they don't even turn around 😔 The prices are as high as the standard in the center of Bologna.

Gricia molto ben fatta, baccalà in pastella buono anche se porzione un po' scarsa, ottimi anche i dolci. Vini di qualità a prezzi onesti. Tornerò sicuramente.

Excellent place if you want to grab a quick bite. The pizza served here is Roman style and it is quite tasty and not very expensive. Bit of a disappointment that the pizza makers were not Italian but all in all it was a tasteful experience

Pizzeria Regina Sofia

27/07/2024: Very central location in Bologna, practically in Piazza Maggiore. The place is very particular, it extends from one side of a building, it has an upper floor and in the summer they also have many tables outside (even some under the porch). The waiters were all very nice and kind. Good pizza, a classic Neapolitan pizza, good ingredients and well cooked, I was happy with the pizza but I wouldn't claim a miracle. Average price for Bologna, also considering the location.
27/07/2024: The pizza here is absolutely delicious, with rich and vibrant flavors. The dough is perfectly soft and never dry. Service is excellent; although reservations aren't possible, we waited no more than 10 minutes for a table for two on a Friday night. The manager at the entrance is very welcoming and friendly—he even gave us the espresso cup we admired for free, as we were curious about where it was bought from. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!
