We booked for Easter lunch with very good dishes, the chef was pleasant and went around the tables explaining the various dishes. The dishes were very refined, some local such as asparagus

Peaceful and quiet environment (depending on the table neighbors), you sit in a common room.
Good choice of wines, large menu with focus on long-cooked meats and/or particular marinades.
The starters are good, really tasty marinated bacon, melting in your mouth. Price for each starter approximately €12.
Very good first courses, very tasty knife ragù (€14), and pasta with cardoncelli and trout (€16) delicate but very characteristic, highlighting the trout as an otherwise very simple fish. The ricotta and nettle gnocchi (€14) were good but not particularly deep in flavour, definitely dominated by the fondue.
The latter are the strong point. Superlative pork ribs (€18), very tasty garronese breast, with incisive spiciness (€18).
The side dishes are ok, the potatoes are good, but watch out for the marinade for the rest of the vegetables in case you don't like them!
Overall good value for money. The meat dishes in a generous portion, much appreciated.
Cover cost: €3, fair enough, given that very good homemade bread (classic or with turmeric) and an entrée are offered.
One gets the impression that there is care and passion for what is offered on the menu. Very nice staff!

A quality restaurant, with attention to detail and at the same time simple and welcoming. The owners are very helpful and attentive, they passionately explain their dishes and recommend excellent wine pairings. We started with delicious appetizers, followed by truly excellent meat main courses: the garronese breast was very tasty, while the beef cheeks were very tender and accompanied by a tasty sauce. We didn't try the dessert because we were full, but it will certainly be an excellent opportunity to return and discover this part of the menu too.
A restaurant absolutely to recommend!
