Undoubtedly one of the best slow food restaurants I've ever seen. Kudos also to Moreno's friendliness and his son Fabio's mastery in the kitchen. Local, organic ingredients are expertly prepared and slow-cooked to enhance their flavors. Moreno expertly explains the menu and ingredients in the dining room, a poetic display that whets the appetite and enhances the value of the dishes.

The place is a pleasant mix of slightly dated and modern touches. The welcome and service are attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the impeccable pumpkin flan with radicchio and crispy pancetta, followed by excellent bigoli with tastasal and radicchio. We left wanting to return to try other dishes!

Excellent! The food was exquisite! A lovely atmosphere. Even the homemade bread reminded me of the bread we have in Malta which is great. They really take delight in their work and give close attention to detail. Well done!

We had dinner last night, everything was delicious... the staff was kind and friendly... I had the homemade tagliatelle with ragù, it was delicious... the dessert, the tart platter, was also delicious... if we're in the area again, I'll definitely be back. Only one piece of advice... watch out for spiders and cobwebs...

13/02/2026: Well, what can I say? There are only 5 stars, because in my opinion, they deserve more. The owners are friendly and approachable, the staff excellent. I repeat, they deserve a higher rating.
13/02/2026: For meat lovers, we ate tartare and a Polish steak, all good and tasty, the rib was quality and cooked really well!

23/02/2026: We had an appetizer (good), a pappardelle with wild boar and blueberry reduction (the latter was not noticeable), and a mixed grill (decent except that the polenta was creamy rather than grilled and the chicken was not good). The house wine, Merlot, was very good.
17/02/2026: I had appetizers, main courses, and desserts, all delicious. The atmosphere was very refined, and the service staff was impeccable.
