We had wanted to try this restaurant very close to us for a long time, given the reviews and seeing it being in the Osteria d'Italia guide.... And I must say that expectations were not disappointed. We took Morlacco flan with chanterelles, Acquaviva onion flower, Paduan chicken in Saor, bigoli with garlic and oil and diced croaker, revisited aubergine parmigiana, ricotta and aubergine gnocchi, baked Garronese (really top) very secret recipe ...and a panna cotta at the end. All really good and tasty. Punctual and adequate service. Well done.

Having happened by pure chance with the family they had to visit Bassano del Grappa then a detour on the road took us through Castelfranco Veneto and here through Google we found this restaurant. Very good dishes... we tasted the starters and first courses. Young chef and staff, excellent service. The stuffed courgette flowers were TOP.
All accompanied by an excellent prosecco. Honest prices. It's a shame it's so far from Romagna.

We didn't know this place and it was a wonderful discovery. We took two first courses and two desserts and before they arrived we were offered an incredible gazpacho accompanied by excellent bread. We really liked the dishes, the ingredients are certainly top quality. The service was also impeccable and the outdoor room overlooking the garden creates a pleasant and romantic atmosphere. The Pironetomosca tavern has certainly gained a prominent place among the best restaurants tried in the area, I recommend it!

Osteria che offre piatti cucinati molto bene ed anche innovativi pur mantenendo la tradizione culinaria della Regione. Locale arredato molto bene e con una ottima insonorizzazione grazie a pannelli sospesi sul soffitto fono assorbenti. Servizio eccellente e discreto . Buona carta dei vini, pane buono fatto in casa e..si sente! L'osteria è sulla guida Slow Food da anni ed è sempre una conferma. Non da poco l'ampio parcheggio ombreggiato da alberi secolari. Fabio (chef) continua così e grazie.

A dive into the past in this place where tranquility reigns.
The patron Fabio is an exquisite, welcoming person and at the same time very helpful in describing the various dishes they offer. The breast Garronese is a real MUST, try it to believe it and strictly conclude with the shoe on the plate.
Recommended place and very good value for money.

Happened almost by chance for a visit to relatives in Castelfranco Veneto, this tavern proved to be a pleasant surprise. Greeted by the owner's smile and good manners, we had a tasteful and quality lunch, with fresh, quality products. Definitely recommended, with excellent prices.

Capitato quasi per caso per una visita a parenti presso Castelfranco Veneto, questa osteria si conferma come una piacevole sorpresa. The place is very well kept, quiet, surrounded by greenery and silent.
The owner is very friendly, welcoming and available to explain how the dishes are made.
The food is excellent, in the right doses and very creative.
I will definitely come back to try the desserts!
