The research and selection of raw materials makes each dish a small masterpiece of flavor. What's most surprising is the respect for the ingredients and the apparent simplicity with which a classic dish becomes contemporary without forcing it or trying to impress at all costs.

Several elements make up the alchemy of a good meal: cleanliness and decor that provide comfort, a room temperature that supports rather than oppresses, a varied and flavorful menu, served at the right time. Then the service, which doesn't simply bring plates and glasses, but perceives, anticipates, and accompanies. Finally, the bill, which is a true reflection of the quality, location, and mastery of the preparation.
At this inn, we were fortunate to meet a waiter who made the experience even more delicious than the pizza: prompt and attentive, capable of reading needs before they were expressed, accommodating them where possible, and ensuring that all diners remained satisfied and at peace.
An example? A mug was missing, but even before we could ask for it, he was already there, informing us that he had caught the mistake and that the divine nectar would soon arrive. And so it was: precise, thoughtful, without delay.
Curious and confident, we tried five different pizzas, to encompass the full spectrum of the offerings. Only one disappointed, lacking character; but the dough, soft and light, supported both the simple and the more daring flavors with dignity, the fruit of expert craftsmanship, both in the dough and in the selection and arrangement of the ingredients.
We were so convinced that we ordered and shared another pizza, and the winner of our palate deserved a second triumphant tour of the table.
So I advise you, travelers: treat yourself to a first taste, yes, but also a second, because in this inn with the curious name, pleasure does not end, but is renewed.

I had a good time, the only thing I didn't like was the fish, which wasn't worth the price. The waiters were quite friendly and very kind. However, since it was the Ferragosto week, the place was very narrow and sometimes I had to get up to let the waiters pass because the place was packed.
