Piovono Bombette In Brescia

Siamo stati a fine dicembre e siamo rimasti senza parole! Orecchiette buonissime e bombette super! E poi ci siamo gustati una stracciatella insuperabile (senza lattosio tra l'altro...quindi altro punto a favore visto che hanno anche queste accortezze per gli intolleranti!) Valore aggiunto è la simpatia e l'accoglienza dei titolari che ti fanno sentire a casa 🤩

Sono stata da piovono bombette con mio marito e si rivela sempre una garanzia. Siamo entrambi pugliesi e ogni volta che sentiamo la nostalgia di casa e mangiamo in questo ristorante ne usciamo con il sorriso. Le orecchiette alle rape erano eccezionali, avevano il sapore di casa e la qualità delle bombette davvero ottima , anche la cottura perfetta. Abbiamo assaggiato anche i torcinelli di fegato e anche quelli erano eccezionali. Eccellente anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. In ultimo ma non per importanza c’è da Sottolineare che i proprietari sono davvero simpatici e gentili, oltre che super disponibili! Consigliatissimo !!!

This was one of the places we got recommended to go and try the food. We managed to get a table during a busy weekend, the place was full at all time, people just going out and their seats got filled soon after. The atmosphere is welcoming and cosy, the staff is friendly. We ordered a mix of starters which was quite good, a variety of different flavours. For main we ordered a mix of bombette, which are sort of wrapped pork, the difference between them was the topping they came with. They were all quite good. We also ordered a side of potatoes to go with them which were tasty but at the end got overpowered by saltines in both dishes. We also got orecchiette alle cime di rapa, which was a little bit too bitter on its own which came from the turnip greens. They did however work nicely with the bombette. Overall the food was good, I would especially recommend this place if you really like pork.

I really liked finding a corner of Puglia in Brescia. The offer of various types of bowler hats was interesting and the owners were very friendly.

We went last night with a group of friends who recommended the place to us. Very nice staff. Excellent quality/price ratio. Very well-kept place. Beautiful Apulian reality in the center of Brescia!

SMALL LOCAL RUSTIC IN THE HISTORIC CENTER OF THE CITY. MENU FOCUSED ON A FEW APULIAN SPECIALTIES. EXCELLENT QUALITY RAW MATERIALS AND PRODUCTION OF DISHES. SIMPLE BUT WELCOMING AND CLEAN ENVIRONMENT.
