Piovono Bombette In Brescia

As a good Apulian I tried this restaurant run by Pugliesi. Nice, small, very rustic place with an open kitchen which gives it a welcoming and warm air. We got the appetizers and the bowlers. Good bombettes but what we certainly appreciated were the cold cuts appetizers and the platter of truly high quality typical cheeses Coming to the dessert we ordered the "Pasticciotto", a typical Apulian dessert, well I would have some reservations about this, good yes... but not comparable to the original recipe from where I come from, if you were to order it however I recommend the ricotta and chocolate chips one which is in my opinion a little better, Overall, however, a good restaurant

Sono stata in questo ristorante per mangiare le bombette pugliesi. Vasta svelta, gusto buono. Preso anche la frisella con pomodorini, porzioni abbondanti. Birra molto buona! Consigliato.

A corner of Puglia in Brescia! In the heart of the city, a place worth stopping. Delicious dishes and excellent quality/price. As the name of the place suggests, the main dish is the bombette (absolutely worth trying). Friendly and welcoming staff. Absolutely recommended

Great, typical southern Italian cuisine from Puglia with a funny twist. Very nice people friendly and the food was great, also the pork, the wine was totally matching very basic smoth but fitting the nice food. You can skip the dessert, not their strength. Highly recommend a visit we where happy with everything from start to finish.

Congratulations pour in for this business managed with abundance by a couple from Puglia who divide the tasks; while one manages the welcome and table service appropriately (recommending and explaining the various dishes on the menu), she manages the kitchen very well ( among other things in sight) adjacent to the counter for serving drinks. The result is amply described by the other reviews but what interests me is to point out that the management has succeeded positively in the combination (the reason for my evaluation) between the proposal offered and the cost requested since the excellent quality of the products served and those processed by the kitchen corresponds to a low asking price which makes it accessible to all budgets.... applause!
