Pinsotto In Genova

Pinsotto boasts a very good pinsa, a clean restroom, and friendly, courteous staff. However, its outdoor location, while attractive for tourists, is severely compromised by the proximity of garbage bins, which cause unpleasant odors and excessive flies, creating significant discomfort and requiring the bins to be moved immediately. The seating is too small; a reorganization is suggested, using umbrellas to create more comfortable and private seating. One idea to start with would be to eat around the umbrellas using stands. Another very negative aspect concerns the thin paper used as a base for the pinsa: it cuts and shatters easily, posing a risk of ingestion. It is essential to remove it before serving or cut the pinsa in the kitchen to avoid this risk. Overall, the restaurant offers a good product but urgently needs to address logistical and service issues to enhance the customer experience.

Very good pinsa with a light dough. The dining room isn't very large. The main problem is parking.

Great atmosphere right on the harbor. You can choose to sit on the harbor walls with a bar stool, for example. It's simply amazing. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the staff was friendly and quick. We ate there several times.
