Booked from Florence with the fork and I couldn't have chosen better, the pinsa is excellent they let us taste their fried food extra which is absolutely worth trying... this is about the food. As for the friendliness and cordiality there are no words, they are very nice people, highly recommended and don't believe the review

First time at Pinsitaly, exceptional experience, very good and light pinsa, excellent pizza prices, nice place with inside and outside tables. The girl who served us was very friendly and kind in explaining the special pinsa menu. An experience to repeat... highly recommended.

Ottima pinsa soffice croccante e leggera uno spettacolo tutto da gustare ottima anche la digeribilità, dal servizio alla preparazione tutto perfetto ottimi ingredienti utilizzati anche i fritti molto buoni da provare a tutti i costo bravi

Sono stata da Pinsitaly più volte e ogni volta è una conferma. L’impasto delle pinse è leggero e fragrante, vengono preparate al momento con ingredienti freschi e abbondanti e il risultato è una pinsa gustosa e digeribile. Oltre alle pinse, ho provato anche i fritti e devo dire che sono davvero ben fatti: i supplì cremosi e filanti, le crocchette croccanti fuori e morbide dentro e le patatine special, con crudo croccante e salsa cheddar, sono una vera chicca per gli amanti del genere. Ma il vero pezzo forte per me è stata la pinza ripiena “mortazza”, con mortadella, mozzarella di bufala e granella di pistacchio: un equilibrio perfetto tra sapori delicati e intensi, assolutamente da provare. Anche il servizio è un grande punto di forza: lo staff è simpatico, disponibile e alla mano, sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Ho ordinato anche a domicilio tramite il loro sito e il servizio è stato puntuale e impeccabile, con la pinsa che è arrivata calda e fragrante, proprio come se fosse appena sfornata. Dopo aver provato diverse pinserie in zona, posso dire che Pinsitaly è la migliore per qualità, cortesia e atmosfera. Tornerò sicuramente per assaggiare altre specialità. Super consigliata.

26/06/2025: Charming hotel, a friendly and pleasant welcome and service. The rooms are beautiful and large. Tea, coffee, tea, and cookies are available. Refrigerator in the room and air conditioning. However, this hotel has a restaurant with a terrace where the hotel's smokers cannot sit and smoke. So, in front of the hotel, smokers gather. That's the only downside for me. I forgot the bar 👍🏻👍🏻Thanks to the bartender.

Ideal for couples, special occasions, or fine dining enthusiasts. It's somewhat less suitable for classic "cucina povera" lovers. The two Michelin stars are absolutely deserved. 29/06/2025: If you come to Il Pagliaccio looking for good food you will be disappointed, because here you will find an experience that will stay with you for life. My friend and I requested the parallels menu, a 14-course menu in a private room. We expected a dinner of a certain level and instead I still don't know exactly how to describe the evening because calling it a "dinner" is extremely reductive. The years of experience and study of the dishes are noticeable and the palate begins to travel from one continent to another. The waiting staff was incredible, all very professional but above all willing to satisfy our every curiosity. Even the chef and the pastry chef came to talk to us. You can see that for all of them it is not just a job but a passion, and it makes all the difference in the world. I recommend this experience to everyone. If you come to Il Pagliaccio looking for a good meal you will be disappointed, what you will get instead is so much more than that, truly an unforgettable experience. Me and my friend requested the Parallels menu, a 14 dish adventure in a private room. To call what we experienced just a "dinner" would be extremely belittling. The years of experience and study of the chef can be clearly seem through every dish, each one of them will take your taste buds on a trip to different continents. The staff was impeccable, very professional and very patient with us, answering all of our questions. Even the chef and the chef patissier came out of the kitchen to talk to us. It is clear that for these people it is not a simple job but a time tested passion, and they reflect this passion towards the customers. I recommend this experience to everyone.
