Pinsitaly In Guidonia montecelio

First time here, family dinner, attracted by the pinsa, which we love, and the numerous positive reviews. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We ordered a mix of fried foods, all kinds of supplì, delicious, onion rings, and fried chicken, truly delicious. We then ordered different pinsas because we wanted to try different flavors. I must say that the toppings were generous and flavorful, and the dough was delicious, very well leavened and worked. The only flaw, which in my opinion detracts 40% from the quality, is that the pizza base was pre-cooked, which didn't enhance the quality of the product, and in some cases it came out cold and undercooked. The prices were very fair. If I could give one piece of advice, try to work with fresh, cooked, and eaten ingredients—then you'll definitely win! Overall, a positive experience, we'll be back!

Nano pinse & stay hungry. If you're not very hungry, they're fine. Good pizzas, but much smaller than average. For this reason alone, I won't buy them again.
