Excellent, high-quality pinsa, both in the dough and the ingredients. It's highly recommended for gluten-free options; every pizza and burger has its own gluten-free version, and you can't tell the difference from the regular version. If I ever return to Perugia, I'll definitely return.

An evening with dear friends in the historic center of Perugia. Tables arranged in the side streets of the restaurant, very suggestive location, unfortunately very hot and not very ventilated. Simple setting and essential service. An infinite choice of excellent and digestible pinsas, quality ingredients, excellent flavors, good beers and chips. I would give a more personal touch to the dishes and a touch of color to the setting and a little liveliness to the service. For the rest, everything is excellent and also without long waits.

As a celiac I found the pinsa very good and digestible. The gluten-free menu is really extensive. Even the gluten-free pinsa that my husband had was very good. Managers passionate about their work. To return.

I recommend eating only at the restaurant. I have been a customer for years and unfortunately at home it has happened to me several times that they make mistakes in the order (also serious because I am celiac), without the possibility of being able to fix them and losing money. Too bad, the food is not bad.

Ieri sera abbiamo scoperto una pinseria e hamburgheria davvero sorprendente. Abbiamo assaggiato due panini, uno con hamburger di Black Angus e uno di cervo: carne eccezionale in entrambi i casi. Uno dei panini era senza glutine e altrettanto gustoso. Abbiamo provato anche una pinsa senza glutine che ci ha stupiti. Complimenti sinceri allo chef per la qualità e l’attenzione alle esigenze alimentari! Unica pecca, forse per la preparazione dei piatti senza glutine, servizio un pò lento.

Locale piccolo, ma accogliente. Proprietario e personale gentilissimi. Buona varietà di tranci di pinsa e ampio menù di pinse su ordinazione. La pinsa GF non si distingue da quella glutinata. Consigliatissimo!

16/08/2025: Friendly and helpful staff. A bit commercial in terms of environment. That bit of human contact is missing. The relationship with the customer is a little too superficial.
16/08/2025: I tried a bit of everything, both small pastries and pastries. I have to say I wasn't disappointed; the croissant was quite good (but nothing exceptional), and the small pastries were the same. The coffee shop was also okay. The staff was helpful and super active, because the pastry shop is very busy. The counter was slightly bare, or perhaps too "large," and therefore seemed empty, considering it was 10:30/11 a.m. (it was a Sunday). I understand the difficulty of having two separate kitchens/ovens, but I was disappointed that there wasn't even a minimal selection for celiacs (they only have packaged cookies). Still, it wasn't exceptional, but it was definitely well-kept, both as a place and in terms of the quality of the products offered.
