Five stars for the quality of the fried pinsa and the excellent gluten-free option. We've already been back twice. The cover charge is perhaps a little high, €2.50 per person.

We went to this place for lunch today, and I have to say it's excellent for everything it offers: the food, the combination ideas they offer, and the staff's expertise, which is never predictable and sufficiently gluten-free to offer valid offers. We chose two gluten-free menus to try both a sandwich and a pinsa (super), both served with fries and a drink, and at a more than fair price, even accommodating my lactose-free requests. I highly recommend it if you're in Perugia; you can't miss it, especially for the gluten-free crowd!! 👍👍😋🔝🔝

Great gluten free pizza and burgers. The waiter we had was also a Celiac and said he ate there three times a week, so you know they take it seriously (not many such cases).

I ordered takeout and asked for tea instead of one of the drinks available in the app, apologizing for the inconvenience. The drink was delivered with a photo of it. Really sweet!! Everything was delicious as always, thank you so much! Highly recommended.

Being gluten intolerant limits our options for eating out and is most of the time a disappointment since most expectations are not met. This was definitely not the case here. All their food can be made gluten free and their pinsas are absolutely divine. My husband tried both and he confirmed that one could not tell which is which. The staff are also very accommodating and they tended to all our needs. On our first time there they were closing when we arrived but they were kind enough to still prepare pinsas for us to take away. We liked the place and their service so much, we ate there every day during our 3-day stay in Perugia's historical centre. If you love chocolate as much as we do, do not miss their pinsa with Nutella!

Ieri sera abbiamo scoperto una pinseria e hamburgheria davvero sorprendente. Abbiamo assaggiato due panini, uno con hamburger di Black Angus e uno di cervo: carne eccezionale in entrambi i casi. Uno dei panini era senza glutine e altrettanto gustoso. Abbiamo provato anche una pinsa senza glutine che ci ha stupiti. Complimenti sinceri allo chef per la qualità e l’attenzione alle esigenze alimentari! Unica pecca, forse per la preparazione dei piatti senza glutine, servizio un pò lento.
