Delicious food, friendly staff, excellent pinsa!!!

Stunning place, very kind and helpful people, food is unheard of. Without words. EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Each food has both vege and lactose-free varieties. There is food for all tastes. Located right on the tower. Fully recommended.

For work in Perugia I stopped twice at this place and was able to taste both the pinsas and the hamburger. Both very good. Dough made by them and different variations also for vegetarians. The hamburger can also be had vegan and gluten-free. The only downside is the cover charge at €2.50 which is a bit expensive considering that the average prices are around €9-11.

Place in the center divided on three levels, dispersive environment, friendly and fast staff. The dishes we chose were of sufficient quality. Cheap prices.

Very nice location as it is located inside this historic tower, but the interior of the room is really spartan and not suitable for the context of the tower, in my opinion. Cold, impersonal environment. The staff is friendly, but ordering is really confusing. The menu is displayed via QR code and you have to order in the same way, but it is quite inconvenient. However, both the chips and the pins, both gluten-free (AIC certified) and normal, were really delicious. Excellent food, everything else sufficient.

Recently renovated, nice place. Very good pinsa. Light and crunchy dough, excellent quality raw materials.

Searching online for where to have gluten free dinner in Perugia, I found this place, but I never expected such an incredible experience. Finally after decades an exceptional burger 🍔, with artisan bread, very soft meat and the possibility of eliminating or adding ingredients, according to your dietary needs. Courteous and helpful staff, owners of rare sensitivity. Thank you.

Not to be missed in Perugia. The best pinsas we've ever eaten, even gluten-free. Friendly staff, fast service, clean place. Congratulations to Chef Davide!
