A well-maintained restaurant located in the historic center of Orte, it's a true gem when it comes to Roman pinsa! Highly recommended. The owners' friendliness, kindness, and professionalism are a plus. The cocktail service is also excellent, especially the mojito! Highly recommended!

The best pinsa I've ever had, and I've traveled quite a bit. I tried Gricia, my brother had Amatricisna, and it was also great. Good prices, paypal. Tea is available, which isn't a given in Italy.

Delicious pinsas, delicious fries (I'm Belgian, so I know about them 😁), very kind staff and fair prices (2 pinsas, a portion of fries and 2 non-alcoholic beers for 27 euros).

26/10/2025: We had lunch today with the family. Beautiful location in the center of Bagnaia. Excellent and plentiful appetizer. The meat and spaghetti with clams were truly superb. Friendly staff. Average price.
