Pinseria 06 In Vetralla

I had dinner with my boyfriend at this pinseria and was really satisfied! I had high expectations based on the many positive reviews I'd already read... Well, I have to say it's all absolutely true! Lovely place, fast and attentive service, top-quality products! I loved the pinsa... also the pinsarelli and supplì, delicious! The pinsa was so light, soft on the inside and crispy on the edges... The sauce was delicious! I absolutely recommend it, you won't regret it :)

I had the pleasure of trying pinsa at this modern and welcoming restaurant. The pinsa was perfect, without exaggeration, light and easy to digest—in short, an excellent gastronomic experience.

An excellent place to have dinner. The food is fresh and delicious, the owner is very kind and super fast in serving the customers, with a smile, and also making the pinse. Definitely recommend this place and planning to come back whenever I'm around.

Exceptional pinsa: crispy, delicious, well-seasoned, and super digestible. The chef/waiter/cashier was excellent. He perfectly managed the orders, the customers, and the pinsa cooking. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Delicious! The fig and zucchini flower tortillas (seasonal) are highly recommended. The supplì, especially those with 'nduja, were exceptional.

Among the many pinserias I know, discovering Pinseria06 was a real surprise, truly above many other renowned ones in the capital. Congratulations!

Upon returning from our vacation, we were lucky enough to stumble upon a Pinseria in this little village. Despite the late hour, the owners welcomed us into their establishment. They're young, kind, and super helpful...we felt right at home! The supplì and pinsa were top-notch ♥️ Fair prices. Well done guys!!

Ottima pinseria in location suggestiva e storica. Cibo molto buono, fritto in olio NON consumato e porzioni abbondanti. Personale disponibile e molto gentile. Prezzi onestissimi. Straconsigliato

Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06.
