I went to Pinseria 06 with my girlfriend for dinner last Saturday Even though the place was packed, the service was fast, the staff always smiling and helpful, and the food was delicious. The quality-price ratio was more than fair. Highly recommended!

Good pizza! The servant was very kind and helped us non-Italians to a yummy pizza, even when we were vegetarien. Good prices and they served us with a big smile!

Locale molto carino e accogliente. Dispone di una sala interna e di posti all'aperto. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile nello spiegarci le materie prime utilizzate di primissima qualità. Abbiamo iniziato la cena con i "pinsarelli", ovvero listarelle di pinsa fritti e conditi in diversi modi. Abbiamo proseguito con la pinsa, davvero molto buona e leggera, nonostante la ricchezza del condimento. Abbiamo concluso con un ottimo tortino al cioccolato dal cuore caldo. Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Sicuramente ritorneremo. Altamente consigliato.

14/10/2025: Under new management, what can I say about Peppone? We went to Peppone on Saturday evening and it was a real pleasure! There were 10 of us and we opted for their Roman-style pizza; it was delicious and light. But what really made the difference was the young team running the place: the owners and waiters were all super helpful, friendly, and personable. You can tell they care about making you feel good and giving their best. The service was fast and efficient, even though the place was packed. Congratulations to everyone, we'll definitely be back.
06/10/2025: Rustic and informal atmosphere, authentic food—all the dishes were delicious, and the professionalism of the kitchen is also reflected by the always attentive and helpful wait staff. In addition to lunch, we also ordered the "Peppone Box," a snack and packed lunch that we brought with us on the Three Villages Walk. An original, practical, and much-appreciated idea! Well done, guys! See you soon! (It wasn't our request, but I should point out that they also have all the gluten-free options.)

La Piccola Trattoria da Patrizio

20/10/2025: We went to this restaurant with our family after a weekend in Viterbo. I decided to book based on the good reviews. Everything was excellent, both the first and second courses, the meat was delicious, and the quality/price ratio was excellent compared to other places in the area that would rip you off! Compliments to Patrizio and the very friendly girl who served us.
02/10/2025: A lovely find near the center of Viterbo. Claudio, who serves, is friendly and helpful; the atmosphere is a bit small but welcoming. The food harks back to the old days and is truly delicious.
