A truly positive experience. I tried several different types of pinsa... all excellent, including the sweet one with Nutella. The service was prompt and the staff were very polite and eager to accommodate all requests. The place was well-maintained and clean. Everything was truly perfect, I'll definitely be back.

The best pinsa I've had in Rome!! Quality fried food and homemade desserts, a lovely outdoor terrace, and truly friendly staff, in a relaxed and youthful atmosphere. For the quality found, the prices are more than fair! Well done.

I discovered this restaurant through The Fork and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The pinsa is very good, well-cooked and crispy, with more than enough fried ingredients. For dessert, I had pinsarelli, which are pieces of pinsa rolled into matchsticks, fried, and dusted with sugar and Nutella. The location is lovely, and the outdoor space is very pleasant during this time of year.

Excellent fried food and excellent pinsa, well garnished and tasty. When the place is full the service is a bit slow, however the staff is very kind. Reservations are recommended.

23/08/2025: We visited this Fraschetta today and chose the €20 fixed menu, pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of the dishes. The appetizers were generous and tasty: fresh cured meats, flavorful porchetta, beans with sausage and pork rind—all truly delicious. The first courses? A true explosion of flavors! We ordered a gricia and a carbonara, both perfectly cooked, creamy, and rich in flavor. The menu included wine, water, desserts, and even coffee, making it an exceptional value. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was authentic, typical of the fraschettas of the Castelli Romani. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended for those looking for a true Roman experience without breaking the bank.
