A small bistro in San Godenzo, northern Rome. The food isn't bad, but it has strange hours and is almost always closed. It's located in a small square accessible by a winding ramp. Parking is difficult, and there's no guarantee it'll be open. I'll give up!
I stopped by one evening by chance and based on the reviews, and ordered takeout. I went back the next day without hesitation. The pinsas are delicious, and you can taste the quality inside. The fried foods scream "try me!" right from the menu. If you're craving a proper pinsa, this is a great place to find it. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean environment.
Trying is believing.
