Very clean and welcoming place, the staff, starting with the owner, are always ready to accommodate customers' requests. The pinsa dough is well-leavened and cooked to perfection, and the ingredients used for the toppings are top-quality. Kudos to everyone.

Beautiful rustic location, the staff welcomed us with great warmth, as if we were old customers. What can I say about the pinsa? There are all kinds, each one better than the last, you're spoiled for choice, although we ordered a few and then put them on the table. Highly recommended.

We went last night on the recommendation of a friend, and what can I say? The pinsa was FANTASTIC! The dough was very soft, and you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients, especially the cheeses! Absolutely wonderful! A small but very quaint place in the historic center of Avigliana. Highly recommended.

You enter a kind of monastery, and you eat practically in a cave - the atmosphere is very evocative. The cell phone doesn't get signal and that's a very positive thing because it disconnects you from the world for at least two hours. The service was prompt. The pinsa... the dough was really good and light, with excellent ingredients. Congratulations, I'll return.

The pinsa was truly delicious and easy to digest, a lovely discovery. The place is very charming and rustic, and the view of old Avigliana is breathtaking when you arrive and leave.

Arrivati ore 20:30, presa l'ordinazione alle 21:00, arrivato il cibo alle 21:30, periodo veramente lungo. La pinza buona. Locale caratteristico, addetti al servizio impersonali, alle volte un sorriso cambia tutto.
