The pinsa was truly delicious and easy to digest, a lovely discovery. The place is very charming and rustic, and the view of old Avigliana is breathtaking when you arrive and leave.
We'll definitely be back.

You enter a kind of monastery, and you eat practically in a cave - the atmosphere is very evocative. The cell phone doesn't get signal and that's a very positive thing because it disconnects you from the world for at least two hours. The service was prompt. The pinsa... the dough was really good and light, with excellent ingredients. Congratulations, I'll return.

For the place that it is, it could definitely be done better, because the pinsas are good. There is a heavy smell at the entrance, which remains on your clothes when you leave.

I share this feedback because if you want to eat light with non-frozen but fresh foods I recommend you try it.
The location, kindness and speed are elements that make Pinza a meeting point for you for moments of relaxation!

Arrivati ore 20:30, presa l'ordinazione alle 21:00, arrivato il cibo alle 21:30, periodo veramente lungo. La pinza buona. Locale caratteristico, addetti al servizio impersonali, alle volte un sorriso cambia tutto.
