Tried the delivery order this evening. Everything went well, and the pinsa stayed hot and crispy.
Eating it in-store is a great experience, thanks in part to the atmosphere of the beautiful location. The home delivery service works well, though, and is a great convenience.

Very clean and welcoming place, the staff, starting with the owner, are always ready to accommodate customers' requests. The pinsa dough is well-leavened and cooked to perfection, and the ingredients used for the toppings are top-quality. Kudos to everyone.

Beautiful rustic location, the staff welcomed us with great warmth, as if we were old customers. What can I say about the pinsa? There are all kinds, each one better than the last, you're spoiled for choice, although we ordered a few and then put them on the table. Highly recommended.

We went last night on the recommendation of a friend, and what can I say? The pinsa was FANTASTIC! The dough was very soft, and you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients, especially the cheeses! Absolutely wonderful! A small but very quaint place in the historic center of Avigliana. Highly recommended.
