Pinsa Per Te In Avigliana

The pinsas are truly delicious! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is also truly beautiful, with its exposed brick vaults. I didn't give the ambiance the maximum star rating because the only small suggestion I can make is about ventilation. When we left the restaurant, we had a strong oven smell on our clothes. Again, this is a criticism I hope you'll take favorably, as the food is excellent, the value is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Spectacular pinsa. The place is magnificent, with exposed brick walls and a very distinctive feel. The food arrived very quickly, and the waitress was very kind.

The pinsa is very good, even though the dough doesn't have the typical characteristics of pinsa, it still looks good and is very digestible (which is no small thing). The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and ready to recommend based on your tastes, especially since the menu is very long. The place is very beautiful and historically characteristic; the only problem is the truly persistent smell that hits you as soon as you enter and sticks to your hair and clothes. Another small comment I'd like to make about the ingredients. I like to try different combinations of ingredients and I love spicy foods, so I wanted to try the pinsa with gorgonzola, pears, and ginger. I have to say that both the creamy gorgonzola and the pears were really good, but I'm sorry about the ground ginger. Fresh grated ginger would have been better, especially since the ground ginger has no flavor, so much so that it doesn't really taste good in the mouth. Anyway, I'll be back, and I'll try the other thousand! 😋

The place is beautiful, nestled in the historic center and the food is good too, the service is friendly and fast.

Beautiful atmosphere, friendly waiters and spectacular pizza... really good. We will definitely be back.
