A wonderful evening with friends over pinsa, the best in Terni because they specialize exclusively in it. Lots of different flavors with unusual pairings. Delicious homemade supplì and mouth-watering desserts. Friendly and helpful service, understandably higher prices than regular pizzerias.

A very welcoming, well-run restaurant offering a truly interesting and carefully curated menu. Able to satisfy any type of need, you can enjoy the fantastic Roman pinsa that immediately made this restaurant famous and unmistakable, as well as an equally worthy variety of cuisine. From the exceptional tagliata to the tartare and beef carpaccio carefully prepared by the chef. What can I say? Definitely worth a try and a return visit!

A superb experience in terms of courtesy, delicious food, and excellent value. The warm welcome and attentive service, as well as the kindness of the owner, are a plus. The menu offers a well-balanced selection of traditional dishes, all worth trying.

A bustling place with plenty of white light, but that's typical of Italy. Delicious and a wide variety of foccaccia, pinsas, both rossa and bianca. Several with distinctive toppings. It's a bit trickier for vegetarians because they want to show off typical Umbrian toppings, which are often salsiccia, salume, or prosciutto, but they managed it anyway. They also have delicious fried appetizers. Groups can come by reservation. Also open on Sundays.
