One of my favorite restaurants in Rome! Excellent quality food, generous portions, and fair prices. Extensive wine list, delicious desserts. Elegant yet intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Special mention for the service: Alessio is a highly knowledgeable professional, as well as empathetic and extremely attentive. I absolutely recommend it!

Delicious food. The ingredients were of the highest quality. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the waiter, Niccolò, was impeccable. We were with our daughter, and it was a lovely experience, one we'll definitely repeat!

I knew about the place but unfortunately I'd never been there. My friends took me there, saying it was excellent, and they were right. I have to say I was surprised both by the place itself and also, and more importantly, by the kindness of the staff and the deliciousness of the dishes. Ours were simple but truly delicious. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes and also to bring other friends who absolutely must try this place.

Pinsa & Buoi Dei in San Lorenzo was an absolutely fantastic experience. The service was magnificent, and the food was nothing short of phenomenal. Our server, Antonio, truly made the evening unforgettable. He was attentive, patient, upbeat, and incredibly funny. He had a way of charming everyone at the table and left us all smiling. Even though most of us didn’t speak Italian, he took the time to listen, communicate clearly, and keep everything light-hearted and enjoyable. Overall, it was an amazing dining experience. I would highly recommend Pinsa & Buoi Dei to anyone looking for a great meal paired with excellent, genuine service.

We ordered the Carbonara Tipica Romana, rich, creamy, perfectly balanced, and cooked at the moment with real skill. The wood-fire grilled steak was outstanding — smoky, tender, full of flavor, and carved right at the table, which makes the whole experience even more special. We were also lucky to catch their fresh white truffle of the day. The fragrance was intense and beautiful, the kind that fills the whole table. Definitely a rare treat. Service was friendly, attentive, and never rushed. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with great food, real Roman character, and that warm wood-fire atmosphere that's getting hard to find in the center.
