Dinner for 4 on Friday.
A welcoming place, half full, where you can talk to diners without having to raise your voice.
The broad bean purée with chicory, the sautéed broccoli, the sautéed chicory and the artichoke salad, taken as an appetizer, are excellent.
We also took a "Porchetta and artichokes" pinsa and a
focaccia, to share, too cooked for my taste.
For the second course I chose the braised meat which is my passion, but I found it poorly made, with unflavoured meat, too "stiff" mashed potatoes and too compact a sauce: I had the dish taken away, the waiter asked me why and I told him; he came back after a while, saying that's how they do it. I take note of it, but the communication was not necessary: I hadn't asked him anything and I wasn't even interested.
The other diners took an "Esagerata" pinsa without salami which they didn't like and almost all of it remained on the plate, a tomato and anchovies pinsa and a portion of lamb chops.
2 people had dessert (the tiramisu was much appreciated).
They don't have beer on tap - we had a few bottled beers and a couple of glasses of wine.
The final cost was just over 230 euros, even plausible if everything had been good.
I don't think they removed the braised meat from the bill (as would have been correct), but I can't say for sure, since I didn't look at the bill details.
However we won't be going back.

A new point of reference in Rome. The quality of the raw materials is excellent and the price is absolutely proportionate to the services offered. I will recommend it for sure.

The place is certainly nice, almost out of place in the San Lorenzo district where you are used to places that are perhaps a little more casual.
Good Pinsa....prices a little less....
It's fine if you want to make a good impression with your flame of the moment....
