Very fine place, we were there in the evening everything was perfect, we return the next day for lunch and we notice a bit of confusion with what we ordered, two wrong carbonaras and we can fit in but in the end when we ask for the bill the prices had risen compared to the previous evening as well as the cover charge from 2.5 to 3 euros, a carbonara with the addition of truffles in the evening 26 euros in the morning 34... these things cannot happen in a serious place... it's a shame because the enthusiasm of the previous evening was turned off by the next day's disappointment!

I have been frequenting this place for more than 2 years, excellent first and second courses and superlative pinsa, super friendly and approachable waiters, but unfortunately this week, twice, on Monday and Saturday evening, I was served by a grumpy, rude and pedantic waitress! Even if he makes a mistake or doesn't understand the order, instead of apologizing he claims to be right even if 8 of us claim to have ordered the right thing.
A real shame but he will lose a lot of customers this way, including me. Problems should be left at home if they exist and not brought to work!!

All very well. I was there on Monday 10/21/2024: competent and approachable staff. Private room in which there was only our party, which obviously guaranteed us particular privacy. Excellent food quality. The focaccia with stracciata and mortazza deserves a particular mention. 🤣 Congratulations! ☺️

Frequentatore assiduo del primissimo Pinsa e buoi di Scalo San Lorenzo, ho voluto provare via Salaria ma la spesa “importante” ormai supera il piacere di una cena buona ma non certo memorabile.
Peccato, il cibo è buono, il posto bello, il personale ottimo, hanno esagerato con i prezzi e a questo punto si può trovare/provare altrove….

Ospite per pranzo di lavoro ho apprezzato questo ristorante per lo stile e la gentilezza del personale.
Tra pinsa e buoi abbiamo tutti optato per una tartare o per un vitello tonnato. Rimandiamo la pinsa alla prossima volta.
Locale carino. Tavoli distanti. Ottimo per pranzi di lavoro come per cene galanti.
Non economico rispetto alla media locali turistici ma la qualità del cibo è alta.
