Frequentatore assiduo del primissimo Pinsa e buoi di Scalo San Lorenzo, ho voluto provare via Salaria ma la spesa “importante” ormai supera il piacere di una cena buona ma non certo memorabile. Peccato, il cibo è buono, il posto bello, il personale ottimo, hanno esagerato con i prezzi e a questo punto si può trovare/provare altrove….

Ospite per pranzo di lavoro ho apprezzato questo ristorante per lo stile e la gentilezza del personale. Tra pinsa e buoi abbiamo tutti optato per una tartare o per un vitello tonnato. Rimandiamo la pinsa alla prossima volta. Locale carino. Tavoli distanti. Ottimo per pranzi di lavoro come per cene galanti. Non economico rispetto alla media locali turistici ma la qualità del cibo è alta. Consiglio.

Just before the meal, they bring you small potato balls as a treat. We wanted these delicious snacks again. For food we ordered eggplant, garlic brusehetta and Carbonara. All the meals we ate were delicious. Especially the pita that came with the meal was very successful. We recommend.

Every now and then we come to get take-away pinsa bianca for the children and I would say it has become their favourite. We will definitely be back.

We were looking for a late dinner and discovered this gem near our hotel in Rome. We dined al fresco. It was the MOST delicious carbonara I’ve ever tasted. The staff was exceptional. Three more joined us 30 minutes prior to close. They moved a table over added chairs and had their food out in record time. They brought out complimentary almond cookies for dessert. My son has a nut allergy so they brought him meringue cookies in a beautiful glass cloche. This place elevated my short stay in Rome. Chef’s kiss 😘

30/07/2024: I just tasted their pizza, excellent! I also always found the staff friendly and helpful.
22/07/2024: Everything was very tasty, served quickly, the service was attentive but not intrusive. Adequate prices, everything is fair, no surprises for tourists.

09/08/2024: We got two first courses and two second courses. Excellent braised ravioli and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. The veal with tuna sauce and Tuscan beans are also good. We will be back to try the ribollita in the right season.
