It is an easy-going, large place where you don't feel the sense of crowding even if it's full. The main proposal is the Pinsa alla Romana which can be ordered in different formats. For one person with the choice of one flavour, you can also choose a solution with two flavours, or for two people we recommend the solution with three flavours. The Pinsa is served on a wooden cutting board which, in the case of the three-flavored one, is single but long enough to accommodate the space of two people. I can't comment on the price as the dinner was offered to me. In conclusion, it is an advisable place to visit every now and then for a valid alternative to the classic pizzeria with the Pinsa excellent protagonist of the evening. The place is spartan but suitable for spending an evening in peace. Recommended to try.

Very simple and basic place, really very very good food both the dough and the seasoning, very friendly and quick waitresses, there were four of us, when we went to pay we were told the total which we divided between us, paying in cash and without a receipt, then one of the group decided that she wanted to ask for the receipt and came back and the comedy began, a bit of evident embarrassment, some clumsy attempts and in the end the bill was wrong, coincidentally in excess, they were returned the money in cash and the receipt was made... I don't think any further comments are needed...

Amazing. I tried the traditional Pinsa (mozzarella and tomato). Even better than pizza (and I've tried some excellent ones). I will definitely go back. Highly recommended.

In my opinion the pinsa is fantastic, the service is very good, the atmosphere is easy but welcoming.

The Pinsa da Spranghin is really special, you would eat it continuously as it is light and digestible.
