Some time ago I was on a leisure holiday in this area and one evening I found myself eating in this restaurant with Roman culinary specialities.
I found myself so happy with both the quick and kind service and the goodness of the dishes I ordered that in the following days I returned, tasting Roman pinsa, excellent in my opinion as a dough/garnish/cooking.
Being Roman by birth, having always lived in Rome and having eaten in many traditional trattorias in Rome, I was surprised at how this place fully respects traditional Roman cuisine, in various dishes I was able to verify quality raw materials.....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Every time I come here, I seem to eat better than the last time. The pinsa is always excellent and super digestible and I appreciate the choice to have slightly cut the menu for ingredients more aimed at the Roman tradition. The restaurant's dishes are also excellent, from the supplì, through the first courses, and finishing with the second courses (note of merit to the tripe). I made a great impression every time I brought someone who had never been there. Highly recommended!

I went to eat in this restaurant where hospitality, quality of the Roman tradition, excellent first courses, exquisite pinsa definitely reign supreme... Attentive and kind staff... I would say a wonderful experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to regenerate and experience the beautiful and festive atmosphere of Rome"

You can only find the best pinsa in the world here!!!!!!! Beautiful place, friendly staff and top owners!
I'm giving it 5 stars because there isn't more.
The dough is light and very digestible and you can feel that the ingredients are of high quality! TRUE ROMAN CUISINE IN MEDICINA!!!
