Nice internal place but not particularly big but in summer you can sit outside under the porch. Friendly and youthful service, excellent food such as appetizers and second courses but I don't judge the first courses since I didn't take them

Both the pinsa and the traditional Roman dishes are excellent. Delicious desserts (maritozzi with ionosphere cream). Seasonal ingredients. Try the seasonal pinsa. Generous portions. Welcoming atmosphere and kind and competent staff.

Since we moved to Medicina, it's been one of our regular stops. The pinsas are incredible... delicious. Excellent first and second courses. Everything is of the highest quality. Every time we go we feel like we're in Rome. The desserts are also delicious... I've never eaten a better maritozzo with cream than the one they made here. The staff is always very kind and super helpful. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent Roman cuisine restaurant. Very good pinsas, with many amazing flavors and exceptional dough. The pastas are very good, well cooked and abundant with sauce. Typical Roman location, fast service, but for my tastes, the waiters could be a little kinder and more smiling

NI experience and they fell right on the desired dish, we took a very good platter of cured meats, not abundant but it was the right one considering the quality and the combined hot pinsa, followed by 2 first courses, a very well made gnocco and a carbonara, I tried to have the pasta format changed but apparently due to internal politics or the chef will have the grain one as a kettle I was denied, I would like to point out that the chef's choice is acceptable BUT on a Saturday evening and perhaps with tables of 10 which could cause confusion in the kitchen if everyone took a different format, with an empty room (10/15 people) during the week in which the others were already with the second course on the table and we had already taken 2 different first courses and using fresh pasta seemed to me to be too closed a concept of service, but oh well in the end pasta is pasta and I liked the carbonara, the problem was that it was terrible, the pepper part must be removed from the bacon as well as the rind as during maturation the fruits of the pepper release all the aromas and what remains are the absorbed humidity as well as the substances that release the bitterness of the pepper, in fact the dish had a very bitter aftertaste certainly due to the fat dissolved in the pepper and used to cream the pasta, having said that I will return again because you have to try at least 2 times to give an objective evaluation.

Non potevo non dare 5 stelle! Sono stata ieri sera in questo locale (e non vedo l'ora di ritornarci 😋😋). Cibo ECCELLENTE così come il servizio e l'atmosfera che si respira. Gentilissime e professionali le ragazze dello staff. SUPER la titolare che, oltre a darci ottimi consigli, durante la cena è passata dal tavolo per sincerarsi che fosse tutto ok (non solo dal nostro tavolo, si vede che ci tiene davvero al cliente! ) Ah consiglio vivamente di chiamare per prenotare perché è sempre pieno! Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Bellissimo ritrovare il calore delle osterie di Roma a Medicina. Ottimo menù, soprattutto i carciofi alla Giudia. Ottima anche la pinsa. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consiglio!!!!!!top!!!
