Five stars in every single aspect: excellent food, courteous waiters, and a clean environment. Why four stars, then? Because the advertising promotes the opportunity to sample many different dishes, while the reality is that there's no possibility of multiple tastings.

Excellent, they know their stuff in the dining room and kitchen. Typical Roman dishes at the heart of Emilian cuisine. Quality, expertly prepared ingredients, excellent guanciale (cured pork cheek) that forms the backdrop to the typical first courses—carbonara, amatriciana, alla gricia, and cacio e pepe—all delicious. Main courses worthy of Roman tradition; I had the excellent abbacchio (lamb), the saltimbocca alla romani (Roman-style), delicious. The wines are good, as are the desserts. I'd like to return to try the porchetta d'Ariccia and the coda alla Vaccinara (oxtail stew). Delicious artichokes and superb chicory. Recommended.

Nothing to say about the food, we ate well and the guests were also satisfied, we were celebrating a birthday but if I politely ask for a candle on the cake for the lady who is celebrating and orders a cream and I am told that the candle did not fit, the imagination of this restaurant, although valid, is of a rather low level.

Excellent Roman food. Excellent service.
We went with our dog, and like us, there were three tables outside the restaurant under the porticoes with dogs.
I highly recommend it for a Sunday lunch (if you can, make a reservation).

This Roman specialty restaurant, located in Medicina, a small town in the province of Bologna, offers a simple and informal atmosphere.
I didn't have the opportunity to try the cuisine, and I was only able to sample the Roman pinsa, which the restaurant offers in three sizes: single-serving, medium, and large.
The product was good, but not exceptional, with ingredients that I perceived as average in quality.
The service is an area where the restaurant could improve.
Overall, I found the prices a little high for the average quality of the product offered.

Excellent! A place that makes you feel like you're in Rome, very traditional and with a Roman menu from A to Z. High-quality dishes and more than fair prices (the portions, as you can see from the photos, are quite generous). Highly recommended.
