Starters:
Welcome entrée: French-style mussels with ribs, totanello alla parmigiana (orgasmic), swordfish marinated in juniper, almonds, and pine nuts, seafood salad with porchetta-style broad beans, anchovies, stale bread, tomato, and basil.
First Courses:
Stracciatella with shrimp meatballs, tagliolini with white fish, shellfish, and asparagus (fabulous, perfectly cooked fresh pasta, perfectly balanced).
Second Course:
Skewered and grilled fish with mixed salad and late-season tarocco salad.
Desserts:
Strawberries, chocolate, and cream.
Stuffed Colomba cakes (with a homemade mascarpone cream that even awakened the dead!) and Easter eggs, water, and a glass of wine for ONLY €45 per person!
Extremely friendly staff, impeccable service, and the chef's sister, who runs the dining room, showed us unparalleled professionalism and passion despite her young age... everything was excellent, I'll be back soon for the à la carte menu.
