I booked this property for December 14th and 15th, hosting three friends, and the experience was extremely positive. The staff immediately proved to be highly professional, courteous, and always available, paying close attention to their guests' every need. The rooms were very well-maintained, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, offering a high level of comfort throughout our stay. The hotel's location is undoubtedly a strong point: strategic for easy access to Gemelli Hospital, Rome city center, and the Olympic Stadium, as well as providing quick access to the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA). I highly recommend this property for the quality of its services, the warm welcome, and its convenient location. A stay that undoubtedly deserves the highest rating. Stayed here for two nights during a pilgrimage to the Holy Door. The hotel is in a quiet location, not far from Fiumicino Airport. I happened to get a spacious corner room with one double bed and one single bed. It was clean, and the breakfast was delicious, but there was no kettle.

A very nice hotel, spacious rooms that are also great for their small balcony, delicious breakfast, but the best thing is the service, starting from the receptionists, including the one who served us, Alessio, and ending with room service.

We spent several days at the Pineta Palace as a large group, and the experience was made significantly better thanks to sommelier Massimo. Professional, kind, and always available, he guided us through the discovery of wines we would never have considered on our own. Personally, without him, I would never have discovered Beaujolais, one of the selected wines for this late November period: an absolute surprise. Massimo advised us with expertise and discretion, making us appreciate every choice. The result? We consumed much more wine than we normally would have willingly done. The hotel earned a profit, and we were happy to get our money's worth and experience superior service. Sincere compliments to Massimo: a professional who truly makes a difference.

The rooms are straightforward and clean, with the basic comforts you expect: a decent bed, adequate space, and the essentials you need to settle in after a long day of sightseeing. Nothing stands out as memorable, but nothing feels neglected either. The décor leans toward dated, yet functional, and you can tell the hotel has seen its fair share of travelers over the years. Service is polite and efficient, though not particularly warm or personal. The staff handles check-ins, questions, and daily needs without fuss, which suits the laid-back, no-frills style of the property. Breakfast is predictable — the usual European hotel spread — enough to start your morning, but not something you’ll rave about later. Location-wise, it’s a bit removed from Rome’s historic core, so you’ll rely on taxis or public transport to get around. If you’re expecting to step out and walk straight into the city’s energy, this may not be the spot. But if you’re comfortable staying in a quieter residential area, it works. Overall, Pineta Palace is a solid middle-ground option: clean, serviceable, and reasonably priced, especially for Rome. It won’t elevate your trip, but it won’t derail it either. A simple stay for travelers who prioritize budget and practicality over atmosphere and charm.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and I was delighted by the wonderful sommelier Massimo and the Metre Francesco, they are truly the best!!! The 5 stars are only for them!!

Excellent in every way... I have been a guest at the Pineta Palace several times, sometimes for long periods. I found everything so beautiful and, at the same time, so much friendliness, kindness, and top-notch cleanliness. At breakfast you will find everything and more, the staff is exquisite, especially Stefano (Mengoni's lookalike). It is a spacious hotel with luxurious corners, a large and secure parking garage. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but close to everything. Suitable for everyone... trips, families, disabled people, students... The jewel in the crown is Antonio at reception, who coordinates everything with the utmost availability and savoir-faire. I recommend it to everyone. MONICA
