I ate canederli for the first time...excellent both in broth and with butter. In my opinion, there's nothing better in the area.

My wife and I had lunch there in April 2026. Excellent risotto with Taleggio cheese, delicious dessert. The atmosphere is very beautiful and quiet (you could probably eat outside, but it wasn't the right season yet). The young man who served us was excellent.

We had a mixed cured meats and tomino cheese as an appetizer, followed by two portions of dumplings.
We enjoyed everything and would recommend them.
Prices are reasonable.

Passing through the Val di Non, we dined at this restaurant. The food was excellent and the service impeccable! The owner is truly friendly and approachable: he stopped to chat with us during and after the meal, offering us thoughtful recommendations.
A special mention goes to the Canederli, truly delicious!
If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back!

The appetizers were good, though perhaps a little limited in quantity, and the dumplings were also good. The trout tartare was truly delicious and delicate. The char and cheek were also well-made. I really liked the place. My only complaint was that the only waiter in the room was very young and quite agitated, which made me a bit anxious during service. Recommended.
