We returned from Pinerolo Pizza where we remembered having eaten both pizza and cuisine very well, in fact we were not wrong. Spectacular fish dinner, friendly and welcoming environment, 10/10 food. Super kindness.

Excellent pizza with the possibility of trying the hemp dough. Light, non-greasy, and delicious pizza. The fast and friendly service was also excellent. Small but well looked after place. I recommend trying it even just to take away.

Pizzeria Il Rospetto

23/03/2025: Now a regular stop. We discovered this little place a year and a half ago, and now we can't do without it every time we're in town. We are a couple from Rome and we are very picky about pizza, and Rospetto never disappoints us, with its low and crispy pizza in true Roman style. Another gem is the hot tarte-tatin with ice cream. The staff is kind and attentive, and the service is super fast! Highly recommended!
20/02/2025: Very good pizza with thin dough as I like it, very pleasant and discreet atmosphere. Excellent service!
