Pina's Kitchen In Torino

The restaurant has changed management and name (it's now called Caluso). It's a good place. I think they've nailed the perfect lunchtime formula: simple, well-cooked, and reasonably priced. Today I had a classic: spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce, which was tasty and not overcooked (and certainly not pre-cooked). It's worth returning often, as a matter of course, just like the glorious Taverna Rossa before Covid. It's a shame there are so few customers (the legacy of the two previous managements must be heavy, and rebuilding a reputation is no easy feat). Let's give them a hand.

Excellent cuisine, friendly and fast service. I recommend this place for lunch or dinner with friends or family. The fish is the highlight.
