It was my first time at Maori Fusion and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is simple yet refined, the staff is kind and attentive, especially the head waiter: someone who exudes serenity, passion, and love for what she does, making the experience even more enjoyable. The cuisine won me over: I tasted refined sushi, with attention to detail and a difference. A place I highly recommend!

Not your average sushi franchise. Oriental-style decor with a small garden and Thai-style tables. The dishes are excellent, and both the oriental and classic Sicilian dishes are delicious. Parmigiana and caponata are not greasy, and the Italian first courses are delicious, as are the oriental second courses. The service is quick and friendly. Truly, compliments.

Today, my wife and I went to this wonderful restaurant for the first time. The experience was wonderful: the food, the kindness, the professionalism, the location—everything was exceptional. I can't wait to return with friends and introduce them to them.

27/06/2025: Trattoria of the past, now unobtainable nowadays. Quality, simplicity and modest prices that seem almost fictitious compared to what you find around. Family-run, with a kindness and a unique humility even with the many foreigners who are lucky enough to end up in this place. Go there if you want to eat in a gem of times gone by that I hope will resist the dynamics of the modern market. Congratulations!
