18/02/2026: A beautiful place, very nice traditional chic decor, a very attentive waitress with excellent wine recommendations, traditional cuisine with a modern twist, a lovely evening!

16/01/2026: I had lunch with my wife at this little restaurant in the center of Pavia. Infernot is a small, elegant restaurant/wine bar with an open kitchen, tastefully decorated to create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. Rossella, the owner, is a delightful person, extremely kind, and able to guide you in choosing dishes and wines. The lunch menu offers a few dishes focused on authenticity and seasonality of the products. We enjoyed a cacio e pepe and a pasta e fagioli (pasta and beans) that were truly superb. The price is reasonable and is absolutely in line with the quality of the products. A 100% positive experience; we'll be back!
