A big portion of better-than-average but nothing special mortadella in a rather dry bun (no butter whatsoever). Sparkling wine was crazy good. Prices are not indicated anywhere. You should ask beforehand. 14 EUR for a sandwich and a glass of wine is I think too expensive. Also I had higher hopes for the sandwich based on the reviews.

If it didn't exist, it would have to be invented. A safe haven for fine bubbles, always perfectly chilled in iced glasses, and mortadella sandwiches. If Luca is in the mood, there might be something else that day, but he'll let you know. Avoid it if you're a group with kids; stop by with friends and/or loved ones. The highest quality, a place with a precise, surgical vision. Very few things, all excellent. It's one of our favorite places. A while ago, finding it open was a lottery; we'd say, "Let's stop by Pigro," and then nothing, a 13th-century door chained and locked (Frittole effect, Pigro is a former warehouse), and since it's next to San Petronio, you notice architectural details previously ignored, yearning for refreshment. Lately, however, it's been more reliable. Very few seats, we love the stools outside. Unmissable.

28/09/2025: Excellent ready-made dishes prepared especially for you. Daily specials are always available, and dishes can be prepared upon request. Excellent traditional and innovative cuisine. Perfect first courses and a wide variety of meat-based main courses. A self-service vegetable buffet and much more. Plus, desserts prepared by the owner.
14/09/2025: Under the arcades of Via Saragozza, you're spoiled for choice when it comes to stopping for a good meal. We finally chose Bar Margherita, and I'd say it was a great experience. Three different first courses, all very good (as pictured), and the porcini mushrooms, especially, were delicious and generously portioned...you can sense the cook's passion, and that's usually enough to make the difference. The meat-based second courses were good, especially the beef, the roast beef was perfectly cooked, and the carpaccio was also good. The house wine (red) was also very much appreciated. I would definitely return.

01/10/2025: Bologna has very rich food and it was great to find somewhere offering fish and seafood and I was not disappointed. Wonderfully fresh seafood and offered on a menu that made it quite difficult to choose because the choices were so appealing. Ate there twice and consistently good both times
