For sure the best pasta I’ve had in Rome so far. We started with the calamari which was incredibly simple but probably the best i’ve ever had. I got the Gricia (now I’ve tried all four roman pastas!!) and it was delicious! My mom had the Amatriciana, we both stuffed ourselves so full we struggled on the ~4 minute walk back to our hotel. The staff were wonderfully kind, and the energy in there is very welcoming. You can tell every piece of decor on the walls was placed intentionally. Will 10000% be back here if I ever find myself back in Rome!! ❤️❤️

Very good Burrata for starter!! Very good truffle pasta with plenty of truffles.

A very special corner next to the Pantheon.
Typical Roman cuisine at a good price, in an area full of beach bars for tourists. Adventurous atmosphere, surrounded by relics, books and maps.
It has air conditioning inside.
Be careful what you order, the dishes, or rather the casseroles, are very abundant.
I recommend the pasta carbonara, the meatballs and the tiramisu.
When we were there there were no fried artichokes, in the other recipe the artichokes are cooked.
A secret: If you are going to visit the Pantheon, stop by the restaurant first and reserve your table. 😉
Few restaurants accept reservations.
We will return to try more types of pasta. 😋

If you are looking for an authentic restaurant with quality service, excellent dishes and an Italian atmosphere?
Look no further, go to the Pietro al Pantheon restaurant.
It is located a stone's throw from the Pantheon and a stone's throw from a renowned ice cream parlor!
We went there twice: once for dinner and once the next day for lunch, it was so good!
In terms of price, it is not expensive considering the quality and quantity of the products!
I recommend 100%

The only place on this tourist street you should eat!! Notice it is the only restaurant without people trying to drag you in! Great Roman dishes plus other specialities at reasonable prices. Great quality, nice wine list and good service. Rarely do locals eat in the tourist areas, but here... yes

Very warm welcome, free Prosecco for Aperitif. Good service. Food is typical roman style and very authentic. Presentation is perfect. Spaghetti Carbonara for 8,00 € was sensational. After lunch they served a cigar and a bottle of italian grappa schnaps - good, because it just started raining outside ;-)
Addition: Went back twice in 2024 and service and quality of food is still excellent, although prices went up significantly (Spaghetti Carbonara now 12 €). Still an absolute recommendation and 🙏 for a fantastic birthday evening!

We loved this restaurant. The atmosphere, the price, and the portions. All delicious and budget friendly. Our meal for two was $38.00. We would have paid over $150.00 in the states for 1/2 the quality. We are going back tomorrow.

Den mest fantastiske lille familie restaurant omkring Pantheon, lille, dejligt sted, super hyggeligt, familie venligt, fantastisk men simpelt mad, betjeningen er venlig og priserne er lave. Dette er 2. gang vi har besøgt det og det var en fornøjelse at besøge igen.
Kan kun anbefale stedet til alle som elsker simpelt men vellavet mad.
