The experience was truly exceptional. The atmosphere is simple and rustic, the staff is extremely friendly (especially Salvo), the ingredients are fresh and tasty, and we had no problems whatsoever. Reservations are recommended, so you don't have to wait.

Excellent pizza, it has no comparison within a 40 km radius, it manages to faithfully interpret Neapolitan pizza with excellent products. Simple but welcoming environment. The owners are delightful.

Il personale di sala è gentile, educato, disponibile. Va precisato che si impiega tanto a scegliere la pizza. Nel mostro caso è stato cosi. Il menù è ricco e ogni pizza è una proposta che va valutata con attenzione. Quindi è normale che i tempi si siano dilatati. C'è stata un pó di attesa. Un'idea potrebbe essere quella prendere l'ordinazione degli antipasti insieme al beverage in modo da garantire al tavolo le patatine o il fritto misto già 15/20 minuti dopo l'arrivo dei clienti. Specie quando ci sono bambini è necessario avere presto qualcosa da mangiare. Quando arriva la pizza... il tempo si ferma e si vive una vera ESPERIENZA. Vi garatisco che è perfetta già solo alla vista. La definirei un VIAGGIO tra sapori e luoghi. Ogni ingrediente, dal più povero al più pregiato, è di alta qualità. Dal cucuncio al tonno ... Mi complimento con il Pizzaiolo, in ogni pizza c'è un'idea. C'è anima e talento. Complimenti davvero. Non ho potuto incontrarlo di persona ma spero la prossima volta di avere modo di scambiare qualche parola... Altra nota positiva è che la pasta è leggerissima. Non ci si sente appesantiti dopo cena. E infine i prezzi sono incredibilmente contenuti. Alta, altissima qualità della pizza e prezzo modico.
