We're traveling throughout Tuscany and this was simply the best restaurant we've been to so far. The food is excellent, the service is perfect, and the atmosphere is unique. Thank you for everything! I highly recommend it.

A super nice place to sit, very quiet and cozy. Many unique pizza varieties that you don't often find. The crust was very fluffy and therefore incredibly delicious. The Fresca (Margherita pizza) was particularly tasty. The hazelnut crumble is definitely not recommended. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth the €8, as it was just yogurt with granola. The fried pizza with Nutella felt very good, though, and the tiramisu, although not a typical tiramisu, was also very good. Overall, it was a lovely evening and I highly recommend it.
Giovanni's pizza alone is worth the culinary experience in one of Florence's most picturesque villages. The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, a style that makes everything particularly enjoyable, from the pizzas to the desserts, from the cocktails to the background music.
Giovanni is the beating heart of Picò, where he is the pizza chef. Here, he supervises everything from the dough to the wood-fired oven, combining passion, practice, study, and research: for him, every step of the pizza's journey is crucial and must be executed with precision.

I live in the area, and if I want to eat a real pizza Pico' is one of the few places where to go. Pizza for me is the "neapolitan stile" that is, thick border, wood owen, long fermentation and superior ingredients. The differencies with respect to the typical pizza that you find in tuscany is huge (thin, no borders, very quick fermentation, medium quality ingredients). Local very styilis with a fantastic panoramic terrace. Good wine and service. Very kind owner.
