The hotel was renovated within the last 2 years and is very nice now. My room was bright, also the furniture. Seldom in hotels I found so good light in a room. Big desk for office work. Enough space in the cabinet, also for a longer stay. OK/ good room size. Comfortable bed. The bathroom not so big, but also not too small. Light at the mirror okay. 2 small minors in the room: tiny safe and no extra light on the desk. Breakfast on 7th floor, offering a great view to the city. From the terrace you have a 270° view. For breakfast they offer typical Italian sweet starters but also a local choice of ham and cheese and some warm meal. Good friendly service. For parking 15€ a day is much. And the garage in 2 basement floors is difficult to use with middle class size cars or SUVs. Possible, but challenging. Over all, best locatin in the center. Great stay.

Wonderful hotel with welcoming staff, excellent cuisine, spacious rooms, and a very central location. We stayed with a group of 35 people traveling from Venice and will definitely return with our families. Thanks to all the staff!

The room is comfortable and clean. There's a plaza nearby, making it a great place for a walk. The mist rising from the distant lake, visible from the restaurant, adds to the charm.

Located near city centre. Good eatery, pharma, shoppings nearby.

We came for a small aperitif. We are flight attendants originally from Milan but we used to work at Swiss....we were served by Antonio, polite and efficient, of Sicilian origin. Congratulations for your politeness and helpfulness, which is very rare nowadays.....Fulvia

With structures of this type, one would expect a "vintage" hotel, with obvious signs of aging and poor maintenance. This hotel, however, is an example of how structures built a few years ago should be maintained and re-evaluated, making them contemporary and allowing them to offer a higher-quality experience than newer business hotels, where many smiles are often needed to cover up the poor service. Honestly, for someone like me who usually LOOKS for a business hotel, I didn't have high expectations, but I really appreciated the charm of the "classic," which becomes synonymous with contemporary elegance rather than a "vintage" classic with a nostalgic feel of past glories. Reception, housekeeping, and dining room staff were all truly excellent, each in their own role. The guest appreciates the quality of this expert staff, who don't flaunt their professionalism but make things happen without the guest even realizing it. Excellent team! Excellent location, spacious rooms, exceptional cleanliness. In short, a highly recommended hotel!
