Best choice in the center of Piacenza. A little noisy because it is located in the centre

Hotel in the center, but with the possibility of a garage (I recommend booking), very kind reception staff who make you feel at home and pampered. Rooms equipped with every comfort, even a kettle for coffee or tea, impeccable cleanliness and rooms free of any noise. Breakfast served from 7am (on the 7th floor with a spectacular view), and for my son who had a fencing competition very early it was a godsend to find so much availability. Next year I will have no doubts where to book. Thanks for the hospitality

Nice hotel in good location, decent service. Small room, the heating went to zones throughout the hotel. Meh. Excellent location for taking a walk in the centre. Inconvenient parking, there is but only for city cars.

How many stars does a hotel need to have for you not to freeze in your sleep?! I know Italy has some regulations about the indoor heating but at least provide the room with warm duvets, not some cheap ones and thin blankets! I slept with my thick pijama and sweater on and felt as cold as never, as the ventilation only made some semi warm wind that went away very quickly because the windows were not insulating at all. The next night I asked for another blanket, which I folded and finally slept with 4 layers of wrapping, which was very unconfortable. Also, you don’t receive a bath robe nor slippers even though the picture on booking shows that them on the bed. Furthermore, the garage is very thight so don’t come with big cars because you risk to hit your car. The place was very clean and in the city centre but this is not enough for 4 stars.

Hotel molto bello con camere moderne e molto pulite e confortevoli. Servizio impeccabile. Bellissima la vista del ristorante praticamente sul tetto dove si può ammirare tutta Piacenza. Spero di tornarci presto. Da provare sicuramente

Ottimo albergo accogliente con ottima posizione in pieno centro. Camere ben arredate e insonorizzate spaziose e pulite. Personale gentilissimo. Unica nota dolente gli infissi con scarsa qualità acustica. Se pure non è responsabilità della struttura la maleducazione delle persone che escono dal ristorante dell'hotel alla 1.00/1.30 di notte le finestre lasciano passare il vociare e e gli schiamazzi dei clienti interrompendo il sonno a chi a quell'ora avrebbe desiderato dormire. E questo nonostante che la mia camera fosse al quarto piano, mi chiedo cosa sentissero ai piani inferiori. Mi dispiace sottolineare questo problema la quale non può rispondere dell'ignoranza e della male educazione delle persone. Per il resto ripeto l'albergo merita.
